Room's cleanliness should be improved.
The room is dark and no windows. WIFI is not working properly, but the staff is very helpful and friendly.

This place is great for entertainment only because they have a bar on the rooftop. I had a show last year in the bar and lounge. They had bintang and other liquors but i dont know many of them. The bar was great and had a great view too. I came here with my foreigner friends and they totally cant speak Indonesians. The staffs weren't good at English so i had to help my friends. The room was clean but the bathroom was quite dirty for this 3 stars hotel. I hope they can improve their bathroom. Their parking lot was quite narrow and could only accommodate less than 6 cars or you can just park your cars in front of the building

The karaoke is nice, they provide buy 2 get 1 hour free. But because it's in the same building with hotel, parking lot can't accommodate more than 8-9 cars

The hotel is clean and theres good lounge in the 8th floor. They deliver breakfast to your room.

A great Karaoke lounge maybe, but the rooms are not recommended. Ageing wear and tear is noticeable and lots of amenities & facilities need to be upgraded / refurbished.

I made reservation using airy room. With a huge money I spent, I said our room were not worthed. I need to deposit 100k IDR, yet I didnt receive wifi password. The water shower is too slow. The funniest thing is. The rice for breakfast (sahoor) is served from magic com!! When we get back to our room. Suddenly lights went out. OMG
