Staff is great ,swimming pool is big and nice ,food is always awesome for all aryaduta hotels .apartment is big but need more maintenance and.the gym ;( . it will be great if the gym bit bigger than it is now .

Stay here during weekends, quite a busy hotel, most guest are with family and kids. We stayed at a 3 bedroom hotel with kitchen. Room size is ok but hotel are old already.

Cool place and I love the odor. But, the lobby was so noisy when I came here. There are bunch of kids and laughed out load people (especially mother) I think the receptionist should make them quiet.

The property is clean, staff were very attentive and we're always ready to help. Food was good and great value. The Semanggi mall was close by, mini market in next door building .

We attended the new year party with amazing fireworks, it was a big surprise for us.
Thanks to all staff specially concierge staff.

Never seen such big rooms. The place was comfortable with access to nearby malls, room service, taxi and pool. Great place to stay with family.

Stay in the clean room with complete facilty, many yummy food as our choices foods for break fast, big swimming pool for our children and friendly staff..surely will come back again..😀

Old hotel with good services and good facilities. Unfortunately, I have experienced bad check in time (I have to wait for nearly 4 hours untill I get my room ready). It's okay since it's peak hours when there are group check in also happen in the same time. But still 4 hours is bad. During my stay, I get good respon for the housekeeping service but still late response once or twice.

it was a 5 star hotel. the furniture is too old. the elevator is too narrow, there was some cockroaches in the room. and the atmosphere makes you feel like in a horor movie.

The staff are accommodating but the hotel rooms are so old and needs to be re-patched. Too many insects crawling. They need to renovate the rooms and clean it up.

Very nice hotel apartment towers adjacent to Semangi mall located in the middle of Jakarta, very suitable for families and they provide really good service.

This hotel is 5 star hotel, but totally failed at anything. Hospitality are not so good, I stay at a room which the shower plumbing system is stuck and my excess water cannot flushed down quickly, so annoying. Also the building is old and only have 3 lift for 50 story building. Don't expect too much to this hotel.

I have always stayed here for business trip cause this hotel is very well located. The room was clean and well maintained. The staffs were pleasant and professional. They were courteous and answered all of my questions. above all a warm and welcoming atmosphere - not to be given in serviced apartment - due to the strenuous efforts of a great staff, at every time zealous to fulfill the guests desires. Especially the staff named Zafra she is friendly and always smile and really helpful and also thanks to public relations staff named Verny she is really friendly and so helpful. She gave me various good recommended places to visit in Jakarta. I really appreciate so much for all hospitality and kindness of Aryaduta Staff employees.

The bad - Noise between floors and doors slamming. Breakfast was so so.. not too many variety.

The worst 5 🌟 star hotels that I've visited, double dirty, broken furniture and everything is old. The only good thing is the convenient breakfast. My advice: avoid it !

Rented an apartment with three bedrooms, a full kitchen, and attached laundry. The staff were very accommodating and the room was clean despite being slightly dated. Breakfast was included for 4 guests. The buffet included Western style breakfast, Indonesian selections, and a few lunch items. Although it was a buffet, the staff were attentive and brought me a refill of coffee. For the price, considering we would have needed 3 separate rooms for the number of guests, I was pleased with the value. Would stay again.

I like this comfortable hotel apartment, warm reception, kind staff, quick service .
The master room is reasonable, the 2nd room is small .
The elevators are not enough.
In general they deserve 4.5/5

This place is not worth the price you pay for. As its old and many areas can be improved in their room design, bathroom shower area, aircon which has water dripping issue and especially their lift which is frequently having break down issue. There is only 3 lift but 2lift working to accommodate this high rise storey building. Frequently you can expect to wait very long to go up or down.

My family decided to spend the end of the year in this apartment. The New Year Celebration was wonderful due to the nice and wide place although a bit old, but we do love it. We got a double view from the room. And I like to spend my the in a wide swimming pool its view at night was great and the live music as well. And I liked the breakfast, yummy food.

facility bad, bed quality its not good and smell of room not nice, access card also have some problem, receptionist not nice, so dirty, security not nice, I bring violin they not allow me to bring in room after back from lessons, although I already said if I'll not play it in room. It's old violin, they want me to leave it in receptionist. The price of my violin it's more than 1523$. I was like that place since I come to lobby of apartment, it's quiet classic, luxury. But, then I change my mind.

Very nice hotel, a little bit old but well maintained. The staffs are very nice. Food is great, clean room. The elevator use card system for security reason, but the reader is very bad, ylu actually has to try several times to get through. Quite close to several local attractions.
