they don't provide a hairdryer! or do i have to ask first? the towels needed to be changed and the food is not that varied

Overall, the hotel lobby, general places and room are nice and clean. However, several items in room such as towel and glasses cleanliness need to be improve. The breakfast food can be further improve too.

been here for 3 nights in deluxe suite room. but the air condition wasn’t ok, too standard breakfast menu. i’ve been stay at many another santika, but this one is different, different system, staff etc.

Stayed 1 night during business trip in room 132.
Room was quite nice. However water was a bit slow when draining in the sink or in the shower. The wardrobe closet smelled a bit like paint thinner, maybe they just finished repairing it.
Breakfast menu was quite nice but not so many options.

Beberapa x menginap dihotel ini. Medium hotel. Dgn fasilitas cukup. Untuk keluarga yg membawa bayi yg masih menyusu cukup sulit krn hotel ini tdk dilengkapi dgn lemari es disetiap ruangannya. Hanya ruangan untuk kelas tertentu saja. Untuk menh Makanannya spt sdh byk org tahu. Santika group sll menyajikan makanan khas indonesia. Dan untuk rasa dan harga saya rasa cukup pas di kelasnya. Yg menjadi kelebihannya adalah krn hotel ini berada dlm kawasan pusat jajan green terrace membuat kita sbg tamu mudah menemukan alternatif jajanan lain.
