We forgot to bring IPAD in room when check-out .
Fortunately hotel manager Mr Samaun help us to deal with the delivery issues in Jakarta.

The position and the shape of the building is a bit weird for me. Hahaha. We couldnt find parking area for vehicle. The hotel is close to Jakarta International Expo Kemayoran, so good option for you to stay, if you join any program there.

The room smells. Hard to navigate to this hotel. Room service did not deliver Items I requested even after asking several times and even though everytime they will say they will deliver. Concierge was very helpful, bed was comfortable and breakfast was pretty good.

Buat custumer no1 Akan tetapi buat suplier2 mereka abaikan sampai lupa membayar hak nya suplier2 tsb Tolong jangan dipersulit pembayaran mereka Jangan sampai hal ini masuk MEDIASOSIAL

Standard room was way too small. You hardly can move, dirty bathroom, dirty swimming pool. However it had good breakfast.

Good location ..bar never open even when the front desk says it's open. Don't leave tip for housekeeping cause supervision comes in frost and takes all but coins. No reponce from email to management.

The Hotel is well located. Reception area and restaurant are not having good ambience though the food is good. The rooms are approached through the restaurant. You need lift to reach the reception area. Location in the town is good. Surroundings are very pleasing. Rooms are comfortable.

Room was very large and clean. Location is good given that the hotel is only 30 min from the airport without traffic. However, some taxi drivers whi are unfamiliar with the area may have difficulty finding the hotel since entering involves exiting the main road a ways before and then making a U-turn.
