I ordered an two hour spa. Given this was supposed to be a four star hotel, I was expecting a nice professional massage. Instead it got a terrible street level massage where the woman just wanted me to do extra happy ending service. To add insults to injury, it turned the cost actually 20% higher than advertised (in small letters)!

A nice place to stay for a reasonable price. Love the Skyloft restaurant with its settings. Couple of things though. When I entered my room it smelled like someone recently had smoke there (I book no smoking room). Also the air con it's not cool enough. But overall it's great.

It's an amazing hotel, currently cheaper due to its close proximity to the met construction site. Located near a commuter station. The rooftop restaurant offers some of the best views of Jakarta. The rooms are clean, only issue I had was with the toilet being separated. There is also a shopping mall called grand Indonesia within 10 mins walk. The famous monument selmat datang Indonesia is also located within a 10 min walk. Do be advised that Jakarta weather is really hot so hydrate well.

All seasons thamrin Junior Suite Room is really spacey room. Straight to city view. Everything is great. Shower is separate with the toilet. There's couch, desk, 3 chairs, ipod dock, mini fridge, safety box, bathrobe, amenities, electric water kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer, 2 btl water (refill everyday while they tidy up your room). Nice breakfast with city view. Warm and humble staff.

Nice place to stay as it's at prime place. Easy to reach out and decent rooms, staffs are very good. Rooms are well maintained and skyloft rooftop restaurant is highlight of the property. You can enjoy the view. Property doesn't have swimming pool but has spa and gym.

Nice place, people were nice. Near to city center and easy for transportation. Rooftop restaurant was really nice and service was good. I guess they can allow more 1 or 2 hours during weekends in Rooftop restaurant &bar.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Clean and new. Counter staff speak very good English and extremely polite. Very nice shopping mall.Reasonable pricing. Love the roof top restaurant as one can have a bird eye view on Jakarta😘😘😘

Nice budget hotel, clean, include breakfast, city view from your room, friendly staff and breakfast at rooftop give you wonderful city view, totally worth it

When you see a 3 stars hotel provide egg stall for breakfast, you know they try their best to serve their guests. It has quite complete menu, you can see a bit of everything from fruits and fresh juices, breads and cereals, salad and main courses, but of course you cannot expect the variants as many as 5-stars hotel, again for 3-stars hotel totally worth it, good jobresponse / report this review -

The view is incridible Under Accor Group hotel this one is best budget hotel with bestt view in jakarta.. You can reserve outdoor dinner area. the buffet food was not good as i thought but still oke.. I hope they could upgrade the menu :) Would come here or stay here for the view!!! Nearby new railway station that still under construction and shopping mall. This would be your option if you are come to jakarta

Although right smack in the middle of a stretch of MRT construction along the main road, this hotel offers good comfort and rest for travellers especially with their Skyloft offering good views of the surrounding like the iconic UOB Plaza & others in the area. Grand Indonesia is within walking distance for a cool stroll and shopping in the day.

Strategic place located to high scale shopping mall and many office tower.
Reasonable price and clean room.

A pleasant stay in the heart of Jakarta. Budget hotel but five-star-hotel service. The breakfast was really good, better than any budget hotel i've ever stayed. Pastry was good, even the waiter has tried to give an additional value by serving us a caffee latte. I'm impressed. The location of the hotel also is very strategic, on the Sudirman street (center of bussiness in Jakarta), just a minute walk to Sudirman station (if you need the train), also 5 min walk to Grand Indonesia/Plaza Indonesia. Very strategic! I will come back again. :)

This Hotel is very cozy and modern, they have ramp and lift which accessible for wheelchair. I love the skybar with Jakarta's view, so great for any special occassion

The deluxe room was amazing. Affordable room but it has a very good view of the city. It is worthed to upgrade from superior room to deluxe at IDR 150k per night. While for the rest of the service is expected and i havr nothing major that disappointed me.

had chance to have a meeting in all season, the lunch food was just so so and the coffee was not good (i wish they smoking barrels coffee haha), the coffee grinder is so dirty. well what left is the rooftop bar, it got cool view.

Best place to stay overnight in jakarta for the price! Service was great, free breakfast with international food on the sky resto, rooms are above satisfactory for the price given, location is awesome! only a 10 minute walk from the centre of jakarta! Sky bar is amazing, especially at night where you can see jakarta being lit by the lights of the skyscrapers around.

The hotel actually very nice, and the fact that there building located in the heart of Jakarta, it is very reasonable to pay extra price for staying. My dissatisfaction was from the service. Starting from moody receptionist to handle local visitors, unhelpful service on luggage and concierge, up until the room cleaning service. Having the whole experience, I would suggest to choose another hotel, which a lot in the area. Cheaper but offer better service.

Press Floor 'R' in the elevator and walks in to their almost roof top Restaurant, there is an outdoor Bar and sofas to enjoy almost 360' view of Jakarta. The Indonesian dishes we had was wonderful in presentation and good taste, highly recommend is the Bebek Sambal Hijau. Imagine a Balinese Gamelan on the background and it feels like you are in Ubud. Also try the Nasi Magelangan, the local taste will take you to the city of Magelang Central Jawa, very creative chef.

Unprofessional hotel staffs, spent almost one hour on the checked in counter to process our group. The receptions did not prepare the room assignment despite our emails sent to inform and remind. One of my guest was in a surprised thaf the room assigned was occupied already and another guest was angry because the room was still dirty. The lengthy procedure to write breakfast coupons one by one for each of our 30 rooms guests at the time of arrival. Unbelievably unproffesional !!!

Good hotel for business stays or weekend city breaks. Clean, good compact rooms with giod bed. Tiny showers, though. Within walking distance to Grand Indonesia, and in close proximity to Menteng, Kuningan and Sudirman CBD. Decent coffee.
