Great cocktails and food. Had a katsu burger and wasn't disappointed. Slightly disappointed they didn't have a mojito that night, but the other drinks were good. They also still serve alcohol during the fasting period.

rooms are thoughtfully designed. splendid shower n amenities. breakfasts taste great.
all non smoking rooms so smokers have to go down outside the lobby for a quick puff.

Kosenda have uniquely designed it to ensure all the space is utilised well. The location of the hotel was excellent, situated in central Jakarta.
Room space was a bit limited, but the feel of the room did not feel small at all. The way they did the interior -- the ceiling, the glass door, the clothes rack -- was ingenious. The little touch that they gave to the room was much appreciated. Kiehl's toiletry, office supplies, hidden universal outlet extension cable (love this!), batik robe and slippers.

Breakfast was a delight.
I love the way they run breakfast.

This hotel made me proud to have Indonesian heritage as it beautifully incorporated Indonesian design with a vintage and quirky twist. The staff at the hotel were all excellent - very polite and trained to a high standard. I had both breakfast and dinner at their restaurant. This hotel is wonderful from the staff to the cozy ambience. The restaurant food is just what you need and breakfast should satisfy most guests. The rooms are small, but a very clever design and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Has plenty of power points to stay connected. Great A/C and Wifi throughout without silly password logins all the time. The Awan bar on the rooftop is amazing place to meet. Highly recommended if you are looking for a boutique hotel - perfect for singles or couples

Beautiful budget hotel. Excellent and beautiful restaurant. Would have given 5-star if room were a bit bigger, had a small fridge. Extremely noisy neighbours is a huge downfall. Despite being a very nice hotel, room size, room rate, no fridge, noisiness, all this force me to give no more than 3 star.

Very nice hotel. It is small, it is cozy, it looks modern, it feels homey and the staff is very kind. I slept in room 311, 2 single beds. The room is small but very nice, very clean, comfortable beds and the design is on point. Loved it. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is 7min walk from Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. The price is ok, I paid 60 euro incl breakfast.

A Jakarta-feel-like-Bali boutique hotel with great and cozy ambience. Really love the design in every corner of the hotel, especially Waha restaurant. This hotel also has a roof-top bar at 9th floor where you can chill with your loved ones while enjoying the city view and DJ performance. The food was just okay though.
The room is quite small (as this is more to a business hotel) yet nice, especially to have the iPod dock in the room. Overall, I did have my weekend well spent there. Recommended 👍🏼

The security services at the front door is far from nice. My friend booked earlier and already in the room, i came late btw using my motorcycle. Before entering the building the security stopped me, and asked too many foolish unnecessary questions like, what are you gonna do? Have you booked the room? What room are you in? That's silly! None of them is your business. Then they suggested me to park outside the building which is across the street with hourly parking tariff. Previously, i asked my friend to confirm to the receptionist asking for parking spot for motorcycle. They said yes, it's available. Turns out, the almighty security guard said there's no parking space for motorcycle. There's more great hotel with nice service in the area. Just saying.

Modern boutique hotel, strategically located. Rooms were slightly small compared the average sizes in Jakarta. This should not put you off staff was friendly and courteous. Loved that they provided travel sized khiels toiletries during your stay! Definitely pop by the restaurant in the lobby - nasi goreng was to die for!

It's a 4 stars hotel and boutique style. It has its own unique ambience..and backed up by the lounge that never closed (24 hrs) is truly a strong point to stay.

The hotel has a great vibe which is consistant throughout. The room was lovely and although not large, that didn't distract it from being thoughtfully furnished. Staff are great and made our welcome and stay a hassle free experience.

Cute, modern boutique hotel in a prime location in Central Jakarta - it's close to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia. Plenty of restaurants down the road.
Breakfast is good with friendly service. Food is good with a reasonable amount of choices. Great ambience at the lobby lounge where kitchen is open 24 hours. The rooftop bar is also a cool spot to chill out.
Rooms are small but you get everything you need.

Super nice hotel whether coming for work or holidays! Always (no exception) great music selection, the staff is super nice as well, rooms a bit small yet super comfy, living room area and dining area relaxing and chilled. You can work there very easily and with great comfort! You can listen to water running! It is just great!

My favorite tiny boutique hotel in Jakarta! It's cozy and fragrant. The rooms are small, but the sleep is big, like their slogan says. I would stay here even just for their breakfast! You gotta try their bubur ayam + telur pitan spiked with sesame oil. To die for!

I gathered with some friends at Waha Restaurant in Kosenda Hotel. Good ambience, good service, good food and good loocation where easy to get public transportation.
I ordered Hainan Rice with Duck Roasted, Beef Black Pepper, Ayam Bumbu Rujak, Fried Rice Seafood. All said foods were delicious, the meat of duck is tasty, meat of beef is juicy. We finished the foods without any single drop left on the dishes. Worth with the price . Good job chef !!

Overpriced. Very bad wifi and phone reception here. Does not have 3 pin plug sockets. Room service food overpriced and cheapskate. Not agung.

Cons: With this price range of hotel, you deserve a bigger room and much more facilities that any other hotel could offer. And also the parking lot is tiny, just enough for less than 10 cars

Nice hipster hotel, they have a 24 hours restaurant, called Waha Kitchen and they also have a lounge on the top of the hotel called Awan Lounge. The hotel is located in the middle of Jakarta, the room is nice but not too big.
