This hotel is quite nice. The room is quite spacious, including the bathroom. It has gym, swimming pool, spa, massage, among others. The staffs are quite friendly as well. Recommended for people who are on business trip with more affordable pricing near Kemang.

I have a meeting for two days and stay in thi hotel for 2 nights.. I like this hotel.. for the food and room.. but its dificult for me to park my car.. so I ask my driver to pick me up on the check-out day..

Nice hotel, good area, near to convince store and fast food like Mac Donald, even near to shisha cafe, food in hotel restaurant nice and have coffee and good hospitality

Before i went here, i read some reviews, a bit worried that this hotel would be that 'not good'. Then, when i arrived here, it's actually not bad at all. Enough room size, spacious bathroom, hot shower, clean, no weird smell. It's just old interior design, that's it, and really nothing matter with that. It even looks classic. The internet connection is sufficient. I tried the dinner buffet, it was fine, tasty food - eventhough the dessert was just ok. Overall it's worth staying, especially when you really want to stay around Kemang area. Spacious parking lot for medium size hotel.

The meeting room is dark and scary. Coffee, tea and food served during. Meeting was horrible. Internet did not work and IT did not even try to fix

Old fashioned but comfortable. The breakfast was so-so, maybe best to just get the room and go have breakfast at Starbucks or McDonalds. The room maintenance was good and AC was cold.

While this hotel is conveniently located, its breakfast buffet is less then satisfactory and the rooms are neither well-serviced nor particularly inviting

Room was tiny, just barely large enough for about 1 meter to either side of the queen size bed and 1.5 meters to the wall at the foot of the bed. The bathroom was old and even the shower hose was broken (see picture). The water wouldn't come out of the shower head but rather through the hole in the hose.

Visiting friends wedding party at ballroom in lobby. Hotel located in main road of Kemang. Access is one way and traffic pretty bad in weekend especially saturday.

Using this hotel for meeting package, got Onyx room. Firsy impression, very old hotel and carpet smelly old. When AC turn on, then sound like dead car turn on. Asking for HDMI cable, and waiting more than 45 minutes until deadline. And still not solve because no HDMI cable. No HDMI for meeting room today? Suddenly, our speaker bring converter so the projector can run. But, its not finished yet. Projector's color not good or worst. Cannot setting anymore, rquest change then change for new one. Awesome, color very good. Slow response and low responsibility for its crew.

The rooms were great for the price you pay for. Great and friendly staff who helped you with any needs you had while your stay there. The breakfast was amazing with great selections to choose from daily.

It's okay, no more than that. Service is proper without anyone taking any initiative. Rooms should have been redone a decade ago. Breakfast is less than inspiring and not included with the room, but a quick and close breakfast before venturing out for the days work is not a luxury.

Attended a training here. Room was old, but just OK. Food, however, poor. Selection of menus was terrible, taste of most menus were horrible.
Service was even worse. During a break time no cutleries provided, no sugar provided for the tea and coffee, and no one attended our room.response / report this review -

Staff were absolutely fantastic during wine and pasta night. They couldn't have been more helpful and really made us feel welcome. The pasta they served was good and was great value for money - 95,000rp for all you can eat. Free flow wine for 200,000rp. I had the white wine which was very sweet and not to my taste however.

It's an upscale medium-sized hotel at the heart of Kemang that offers cozy ambient and casual atmosphere. It has all amenities required as 4 - star hotel. Dining lounges, cafe, club, meeting rooms, fitness area, swimming pool etc.

I must say I'm a bit disappointed about this hotel. I stayed here for almost two weeks for a job. It's actually the first time ever I'm staying at a hotel in Jakarta (my family lives in this city).
The breakfast is subpar, and they serve pretty much the same thing every day. I cancelled my breakfast package for the second week. I'd rather just walk a bit to Indomaret and Starbucks to get some snacks and coffee for breakfast.
The room is quite old and doesn't look very nice. I stayed in the executive room for a few days and the sliding door broke. The phone also broke after a few days. Overall I don't think I'll stay here again if I'm about to stay in Kemang area again. I'd rather try Grand Kemang which is not much further than this hotel.response / report this review -
