The facilities such as the pool and gym are quite good. The room was also clean and comfortable. Bring plenty of cash because if you run out after paying the deposit, you'll find that theres no ATM within the premises and will have to take a taxi or walk down the road. Was quite annoying because at the time the road was super congested with construction vehicles. If you have a very early flight, I would recommend staying at Ibis Styles instead because its a bit cheaper and the breakfast starts 3am

Great place. Had great food. A whole wide of selection. The massage I recommend and great price for it. But some how mosquitoes still got in to our room had a few bites the next day.

Good stay for short-to-mid term for family or business, as location is a substantial distance away from Central Jakarta. But about 10-15mins away from the CGK Airport, provided that there is no jams / floods along the roads.

Overall, one of the best places to have good Asian foods, coupled with a good bed for a good night's rest after work.

I booked this hotel for 3 days. Superior rooms are very small and having blocked view. Our room was very dark. Can't even read and when we asked for more lights they told us to upgrade the room.

I planned to spend my long transit here due to the good reviews of the spa. I left the hotel disappointed. First, the spa receptionist was not able to outline the different treatments that they offer. I nevertheless book the acupressure message and went inside. The entire pool area is covered under a dirty plastic roof, so I decided to try the gym. This was great with brand new high-quality equipment.

Next, I went for my most expensive massage on my entire trip in Indonesia. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst. The therapist came in 10 minutes late nd started the massage. Which was just like touching and pressing my legs and bum. After a few minutes she already needed a toilet break and left. The massage continued and she always left her and rest on my bum I asked her to focus only on my shoulders and I decided to cancel my massage halfway through.

I also ordered a cold coconut and asked multiple times if the entire fruit will be called. It was warm but they kindly cancelled my order.

I can’t recommend this place besides the gym.

My husband and I always stay here when we have a layover in Jakarta. Great hotel and superb service. They pick you up at the airport no matter what time you arrive. We love the food and amenities, but especially the friendly staff

This is a great resort if you are looking for a spa retreat. It very the international airport, all updated and very professional. Had a little stress at the airport as I could not find my driver, would recommend that you call ahead of time to confirm where to meet driver for the shuttle to Hotel resort. There are four different types of restaurant in the resort. Pool and spa treatments ++++ very well. This is a very large resort. I came for rest and relaxation. I left feeling refreshed.

I really liked this place. It had a touch of elegance. Very modern & there are restaurants available. I got there late and was able to get an inexpensive late night meal. And the breakfast was perfect! I would recommend this place.
Good service. Rooms had some minor blemishes but were otherwise great. Restaurant is highly accommodating and the facilities are great. Would appreciate some additional vegetarian/vegan options in the restaurant though.

Good: near airport, free airport shuttle, nice breakfast, quiet, AC strong, helpful staff
Bad: hard to find in taxi or grab, charge 5000 for taxi to enter complex (unneeded headache), limit internet to 2 devices or pay 100,000 fee for extra, it's not two at a time, it's only 2 devices, I hate this policy! Very aggravating!

For $50 you get quite the experience: free airport pickup and drop off, free breakfast, nice gym and pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna. Great value and great for a place to crash between flights.

Hotel "vorrei ma non posso". La struttura non è male, molto comoda la posizione, molto vicino all'aeroporto. Le stanze sono spaziose e ben arredate ma potrebbero essere più pulite. In piena notte il condizionatore ha iniziato a fare un rumore infernale. Ci hanno immediatamente dato un'altra camera ma il disagio all'una di notte c'è stato. Spa: voto 6.

It is a very big business hotel near airport with a lot of services like swimming pool free sauna gym a good breakfast. Large and comfortable and clean rooms. It's very near the Airport but far from everything else in Jakarta. Free pick up and drop off to the Airport

Been a loyal customer since 2014. It was amazing and it still is my favorite hotel in Jakarta. But by the time, I can see the quality of the hotel is not being supervised as well as it should be. Some towels seem to be too old are ripped, some bathrooms don't have proper water gap anymore. It's still great, and the restaurant, The Porte, makes it awesome! Still love it.

Really nice room. Great Spa. Great Gym. Great Service.
Really slow internet, which is unusual in Jakarta. Even when I attempted to buy the "premium internet" option.
Food is OK in both restaurants, but you can do much better in this city.

Good location. Valued for money. Helpful and friendly staff. Free shuttle to and from airport with bellboy waiting outside the airport gate. Room is large and clean,equiped with enough facilities. Spa,fitness center,indoor swimming pool,grocery store,and restaurant make it more comfortable for anyone staying here. Would definitely stay here again next time.

Great choice while waiting for a flight in Jakarta. Free shuttle from the airport according to my flight details. The nice bellboy in yellow uniform waited with my name and they brought me to the hotel. Especially I liked their Rooftop Bar with great view. Also large swimming pool and free gym helped me relax between my flights.

I stayed here for a short layover at Jakarta. The place is near the airport so you don't have to wake up too early to catch the morning flight and beat Jakarta's traffic. The room was comfy and Internet was fast and reliable. There are restaurants that open 24 hours and they serve good coffee. Check in was easy and staff were friendly. I didn't like the tiled floor in the room as it gets cold with the air-conditioned room and I prefer to walk barefoot in the room (my preference anyways). Definitely a perfect place to rest if you have layover times in Jakarta airport.

It's a mediocre hotel, quite old, rooms are maintained but well overdue for a refresh. Staff were hit and miss. Some were friendly, but others were are vacant and made you feel like you were being an imposition. Everyone assumes you are only staying one night. If you need a cheap place for an overnight while you transit Jakarta it is fine, but don't expect much.

Very nice hotel, extremely cheap from a Westerners point of view. Staff was super friendly. had some trouble with water pressure in toilet and the shower constantly changed from hot to cold but overall a good experience. Close to the airport

Hilarious Indonesian attempt at luxury. Falls flat in most areas. Most notably, the 90 minute wait for room service at 7pm, the coffee and cake coming 20 minutes apart, the lack of drinking water for guests (two 600ml bottles per day), and the can of bug spray left sitting in the room. It's not a resort, it's a joke. A funny one though!

It'OK for a stopover, check-IN was terrible. The rooms are bigger than in other Hotels. Price is OK. Breakfast does not offer a good start for veggies. Somehow the overall service experience caused that we will choose another hotel next time
