BAD SERVICE. Room is dirty, AC is leaked. Not cold at all.
My device are lost at the room and the staff said they didn't know.

We got a room in the old part of the hotel and it smelled like mold. The plumbing was terrible, smelled all the time. The only plus was that the pool was right outside our room. Not much selection at the breakfast buffet but customer service was great.

Stayed there for 3D/2N in family suite room with my friends. The first room they gave, the key was broken so we moved to another which was smaller. There are two buildings and big rooms seems mostly in the old buildings. It looks like old room but still in nice condition and everything clean and well functioned. There are some small shortages but with the price they given and its location, it is recommended. Too bad we didn't had a chance to taste the breakfast.

great view on top. nice places to hangout with colleagues or family. near the Thamrin street and easy to get started to CFD ( car free day )

The location is good, in the center of the Jakarta. Easy to find but the hotel room is dirty. The floor is carpeted with an old carpets that have stains spots in some places. There is one window without curtains and not secure, therefore the room can be seen from the outside through this window. The staff was unhelpful, with the reason of no small changes, the deposit money was not refunded fully. Looks like this is the way for hotel staff to get a dime from guests with when the guests need a quick check out

I stay in the hotel section bearing the reddoorz sign, right next to the main hotel building Takes mansion but still in one area, place is clean, there is swimming pool with nice view, very competitive price for hotel size in city center and business center, good service, access public transportation is also easy, it is suitable for employees who are traveling with the family or small children, fun.

Road in front of the hotel is not quite accessible. Can only cramps two cars from both directions and there are a lot of motorcycle parking at the side of the road. The hotel itself is quite cozy and the security was super nice and he shows me how to get around.

Take's mansion and hotel has 2 towers. The old andd the one. I was stay in old one, but I felt like it's not the old tower. This hotel has very big room with double bed and single bed. The room is clean with air condition and hot water. I love this hotel at night! Sure, it has beautiful night view skyscraper as you can see pictures I uploaded. The most important things is The staff very nice.

The hotel booking was done but we had to delay our arrival. Although we informed the staff and hotel through email and a phone call, we were charged for the room: staff claimed they were not informed and no cancellation has happened. The breakfast they serve is medicore, but not particularly complaining. The rooms are fairly spacious, and the are bathrooms clean. The staff speaks fairly good English, and the hotel WiFi works well. Book an uber in case you are leaving to places nearby from the hotel. The taxi parked at front charge higher than normal fair.

Good facilities with reasonable price. Excellent location. No cupboard nor minibar in the hotel room (not the mansion part). The hotel staffs kept saying 'yes' to any complaints but than do not do anything afterwards.

We had an awesome stay here. The staff are nice and helpful, and always have a smile on their face. The pool was great and almost always empty. The rooms were big, comfy, and were cleaned every single day. The breakfast buffet was DELICIOUS!

We stayed in an executive room on the older building. At first we got the room that looked over the back side of the hotel. The room was quite big with a small pantry and gas stove but dishes and cutleries were available only upon request. There's hardly amenities in the bathroom. The bed was okay. One of the bedside lamps was broken. No safe box in the cupboard and there were many "kamper" (little white chemical things with strong odour) spread in it. There's 21 inch flat TV with local and some international channels. The good thing from this room was the AC that ran perfectly. Another good thing is the hospitality from the hotel staff, from the cleaning service, security until the reception. They are very nice, cooperative and responsive. And that covers up the condition and facility we had during our stay.

Quite a good place to take rest if you don't quite care about it's low lighting environment. Adequate Wifi facilities and quite good breakfast with large room and it's near with the famous area of Jakarta MH Thamrin.

Day One: Room 529. Internet connection sucks. Room I'm in has flies and Mosquitos. Toilet seat is leaking, odor is coming through the sink.
