all-you-can-eat dim sum throughout the week for just HK$198 per person on Mondays to Fridays from 11:30am to 2pm and HK$248 per person on weekends and public holidays from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.

The stir fried pork spare-ribs in strawberry and champagne sauce were a interesting take on the classic sweet and sour motif. Historic surrounds as is set in the courtyard of a colonial police complex. Attentive but not overbearing service.

Beautiful and tasty food, friendly staff, very lovely building. We went there for dinner, I want to try dim sum lunch next time.

The price is as expensive as other hotels. However, the food is mediocre and tasteless. The service was appalling. We waited over an hour and a half for our first order. They kept bringing other tables dishes to our table and lost track of our order. It was one of the worst dim sum experiences I have had and it was overpriced.
