Went to Cielo for dinner. Asian influenced Italian food. Salad bar was good value.

Friendly staffs, stylish interior design, clean & comfy. For the first timer who comes to Hongkong to visit looks amazing with their significant ambiance and weather between December to February due to a cold weather. Impressive promotion and discounted offer. As for me I highly recommend it to other expatriates like me to experience a unique kind of lifestyle of Chinese people.

Beautiful hotel with 5 star customer service. Everything was incredibly clean and the Superior room was very spacious. Absolutely loved the rain shower. Being connected to the mall was very convenient especially since there were so many amazing restaurants within the mall and the MTR station was also connected. Will definitely be staying here again.

My review was not posted in the hotel's website, so I am posting again here.
We stayed for more than a week in this hotel. Everything was fine until the end when my 3-year old son's small teddy bear got caught up in the bedding when changed. They looked for it but could not find it. The teddy bear was a graduation gift from a close friend of mine many years ago, and I passed it along to my son. Instead of comforting my distraught son, hotel management refused to accept their responsibility. Their cleaning staff claimed they never come across the teddy bear. Staff lie because they did at least once put the teddy bear back on top of the bed after clean up. They refused to purchase a similar one for my son, and even went far to ask us to provide evidence that the teddy bear was in our room.
I showed them gopro video showing that the teddy bear was in the room on the day of missing. They held a meeting next day and bought a similar teddy bear for my son. Another manager explained the manager who handled my case the day before was new and inexperienced.
This is the worst hotel customer experience we had so far. My son still asks once a while whether they find his old teddy. Every time when I told him that they probably lost it, he fell silent and I find it very sad. If this is not traumatic experience, I don't know what counts. We will not come back to this hotel again. -

Very good Hotel. Close to industrial estate but withing a few minutes to Hong Kong city center. Nice restaurant for breakfast and Really nice top floor bar for drinks and snacks. The club member deal is with it!

Nice hotel but far away from everything. Convenient when you have work Kowloon East. Comfortable room but you feel like your staying somewhere cheaper with all the advertising sheets in the room. I count 10 different ads in my room.

Room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom. Business travelers should be comfortable here: multiple plugs near the desk and at bedside tables, and a plug adapter provided, as well as notebook, Lan cable and wifi (signal remained strong throughout the hotel). Given a choice, would happily stay here again, especially as the hotel is right next to a shopping centre with dining and shopping options. If eating in, first floor restaurant serves a good breakfast with a variety of options. 47th floor bar provides a nice night time view, and the attached restaurant serves decent food in a nice setting too. Service was always fast, efficient and friendly.

I have buffet dinner with friends on Christmas Eve. The service is bad. Food refill is slow. Food quality is just okay but variety is quite limited. Dessert corner is very small with very few choices.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well kept with some normal bathroom wear and tear. Also the breakfast in the morning has everything you could wish for. My first night here I couldn't even eat lunch because I had stuffed myself so much at breakfast! Location is a bit far from the central areas but the cost also reflects that, it's becoming ridiculously expensive to stay centrally in Hong Kong now.

Very nice hotel in a great location. In the same plaza with a mall and the mrt. Staff is great. Breakfast buffet was good.

Appalling hotel. Really terrible. The hotel has a men only sauna and no sauna for women. We were locked out of our room and a rude deputy manager did nothing. I would not suggest this place to my worst enemy and will never visit it again, ever. Ever!!!!

The location is nice and the hotel is grand. Nice view of HK. Price is fair. The restaurants were delicious but a bit crowded.

A very nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was lovely and well managed. However, what I can't recommend is the rooftop restaurant, Cielo. Service was disappointing and the food even worse. It seemed that upselling was their only focus. Otherwise, I am happy to recommend this hotel.

The rooms are big and well furnished. The staff are friendly. Great that there's a train station and a couple malls nearby.

My friend and her family stayed here for 4days and they are happy and very satisfied.Their staff are really good,helpful and polite,to mention one is Danny...thank you for all the help and assistance during their stay...will surely go back again in their next visit.

Love the Crowne Plaza! Have been staying here consistently for about 3 years now. Super nice malls adjacent as well as MTR, great little gym, pool and other nice features. Staff are always friendly and courteous and the Sky Terrace is a beautiful place to relax and unwind.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, very convenient since directly connected to shopping mall which is directly connected to MTR. It's not inexpensive though.

Not in the main city. Excellent Service and nice ambiance. Do go to Clear water bay which is just 20 mins ride from the Hotel. On your way back take a walk as long as you can and then take a cab back to hotel. Lots of Amazing views if you choose to walk back...
