Went to the Shang for afternoon tea, and had a pleasant experience. The service was a bit slow, but the tea was excellent and well-prepared. The lobby seating area was also very nice for meeting friends and hanging out.

Was only here for one night. It's got very good food and the staff was super nice. We had a pretty massive room which was good. The MTR station was only a few minute walk from the hotel so that's good. There's lots of great shopping areas and restaurants nearby. When getting a taxi, the staff would have a slip of paper of their licence plate for if there would be a problem, you'd already have the information there. The hotel is just very comfortable and it's great.

I would like to add that the waiters and waitresses are excellent.They are happy to serve, to take photos for the clients and respond to clients' need in no time. Just the people cooking food are not efficient enough, wonder if this is a company policy to slow down the food flow. It does not make sense that many hundreds of customers to queue for your cooking of Foie gras, or opening of oysters.

Grand hotel with excellent amenities and MTR station right outside. Rooms are well sized for HK standards and excellently appointed. I left my wedding ring in my room after checkout and the team were extremely helpful in locating it and keeping it safe until someone could pick it up. Would stay again!

Although I only enjoyed tea and dessert, this was such a beautiful setting! I selected blueberry pomegranate tea. Others in my party chose from an extensive selection. We were able to share/sample each others; which was fun albeit improper. Out of the many dessert options, tiramisu ice cream was the favorite. The service was exceptional, the view perfect, the table setting beautiful and the ambience peaceful. If you enjoy tea, this is a great choice!

This in an amazing luxury hotel. The personal have a very good English, the location is terrific. The hall is huge, there are different bars and restaurants into the palace. The rooms are clean. The outside swimming pool (next to the gym) is beautiful. Food is great

It's a very relaxing , clean, upscale hotel to stay in. Most specially you're surrounded with very courteous and very accommodating Staff. They greet you with a great smile. These things mean so much to us before we start our family vacation. We highly recommend Shangri LA kowloon. Kudos to all the staff ! Oh by the way, food in your hotel in any outlet is just superb.❣

Had a horizon club room and the lobby concierge didn't seem to understand when I said "horizon club" to her 3 times so we wouldn't have to wait at the lower main check in. However, upon a quick check we were zoomed away to the horizon club for check in.
Despite this minor hickup, everything else was beyond a doubt remarkable, and memorable. From the plushness of the pillows, to the well appointed rooms and washroom amenities. Housekeeping was superb. Location is excellent! Did I mention the view from a full harbour view club room? All around an excellent experience.

Efficiency needed to be improved. It took them 20 mins to serve us simply glasses of water. The environment was great not to mention the beautiful decor and location.

stayed for 5 nights. Reserved a king bed with harbor view and was upgraded to suite because my room was not ready at check-in and I had to wait 5 min. Great service, great room with amazing view. Great location that is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Metro entrance is across the street. Would absolutely stay again.

Second time here. Love the place , the design and especially the worm welcoming and very personal attitude from the stuff. Everything here is to please you. I didn't use the gym nor the pool. The rooms are big and well decorated. Good breakfast. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service especially from.the concierge staff. They are brilliant.
Text breakfast buffet (which is ok just not great) and pool (in the basement gym and tiny) are a letdown however.

Pretty good, nice environment except the swimming pool floor area inside the health club is wet when kids are ussing the facilities. Hotel guests should be reminded more discipline with their kids. Club staffs cant look after the other jobs while they are busy to keep on dry up the wet floor.

Tapas bar is great here with a range of food from cuisine including Spanish, Mexico and Italy. They charge only 3 glasses of wine for a bottle ($298) during happy hours. Outdoor seating is also available.

Very lovely place to stay, we enjoyed the hotel very much. Awesome food, many choices. Trained staff of good knowledge and manner, helping, understanding the needs of guest .:)
