In my opinion, this is the best hotel in the World, unlike any other. The staff are outstanding, service & and choice of dining brilliant. Views of HK harbour stunning. Really good value for money. Try to book a room on the upper floors.

What I liked about the hotel was the modern design and excellent customer service.

However what I did not like about the hotel was the location - sure they have a shuttle but it still inconvenient if you want to travel to TST Station.

We also experienced significant odour from mildew. I suggest a dehumidifier be installed in all rooms.

I also had an issue with the shower with the drain not working properly. We would have a flood in the bathroom after each use. Despite informing the hotel about this several times we did not experience any resolution.

I also booked online directly with them hoping to get an upgrade and was disappointed that I did not although I knew this was not guaranteed.

The restaurant was excellent at above and beyond.

Overall I’d stay somewhere else and consider just eating here if you want fine Chinese food.

The charge for the Tesla transport to and from the airport is three times the cost of a taxi and unnecessary.

Beautiful hotel with friendly service. The rooms were very clean and modern. The heated pool overlooks the harbor. The fitness room has lots of machines and weights and overlooks the city. Breakfast at the Market was plentiful and delicious. The MTR station is nearby and it's easy to get to all the attractions. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is incredible. Service is non-stop from before check-in all the way through check-out. The rooms are amazing. Room service, a+. Above & Beyond breakfast and service is great. Free electric shuttle downtown, free mini bar. We will definitely be planning another trip to Hong Kong because of this hotel.

Thank you for a great stay and the pleasant hospitality from ALL the staff. This was our first stay at Hotel Icon, we were not sure what to expect but we could not fault anything about this hotel in the end. It is definitely a hotel like no others!! There was a little noise issue during our stay but the staff were quick to address it when it was raised. The rest of our stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

We went to The Market at Hotel ICON to try their buffet breakfast on a Tuesday morning. I had read the many reviews about how great their buffet was and was excited to try it. We were staying at the Intercontinental Hotel which was just down the street, so it was a short walk to Hotel ICON.

The buffet area was small but nice, and had a limited selection of pastries, fresh juices, savory dishes, pancakes, french toast, fruits and cheeses. Many of the hot items were medium to cold in temperature, and the savory dishes which included dim sum, fish and meat options were average at best. The made to order soup area was a nice surprise, with many different meats, vegetables and flavors that were available to add before being cooked and your choice of warm broth being added.

Overall I'd say that this is a decent buffet, but small. The service was average and the price was about right. If you are in the area I'd recommend trying it, but it's not worth going out of your way.

We had a very nice stay at Hotel ICON on our honeymoon. The staff were all very helpful and the complimentary drinks and snacks were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying with them in the future.

I had dinner at Green Restaurant on Dec. 15th. The food was great, especially the charcoal grilled Norwegian Salmon main dish I ordered, it was soft & juicy, just fine cooked, the best grilled salmon I've ever had. One must not overlook the bread, I had a couple of soft bread pieces - fresh & soft. Another compliment is on the onion soup - strong cheesy smell, not salty like many other onion soups in many restaurants. Last but not least is Green's sincere & hospitable services, made me & my girl feel comfortable & well taken care of. I highly recommend Hotel Icon to friends.

I had this fabulous dinner buffet with family. This definitely is my favourite every time I visited Hong Kong. It has HUGE selection ranging from Chinese, Japanese and Western food. If you got the time and budget, I will strongly recommend you guys consider this one.

Very nice hotel with excellent modern rooms. The free mini bar is great and there are lots of nice extras such as portable batteries in the rooms that you can use during your stay. Harbour views also excellent.

Amazing hotel. Recommend club floor and do the breakfast on 28th rather than market on level two Better selection and not as busy.
Service and rooms are awesome.
If you don't need to be on main island this is perfect.
As I love to complain the only complaint would be you have to wait for elevators quite a while.

Possibly the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. And my husband and I travel quite a bit.

The roof top pool is amazing.

The TV above the bathtub is sick.

The service is superb.

The buffet and restaurants on site are legendary.

Very sad we didn't purchase the bathrobe (and who actually admits that?).

Only minor (very minor) detraction is the distance to the underground, but they have a free shuttle that leaves every 30 mins or so.

Will be back!!

We stayed 3 nights at Hotel Icon. We were really happy with our room. Spacey, well-equipped and very clean for Hong Kong standards. The service, in particular, was exceptional. From cleaner to receptionist everyone seemed to be well-trained, caring, and always with a smile on their faces. The breakfast was great as well. A big array featuring a mix of western and Asian dishes.

Very pleasant place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread had many options. Happy with the room accommodations as well, although I'll admit the unique design of the room left me searching for the door to the bathroom when I first got in my room. 😀

I wasn't a guest at Hotel ICON, but I did attend a dinner party at their restaurant, Above and Beyond. The wait staff were polite and helpful - they even helped us put up decorations before the party started. The food was delicious and came out at a good pace. We didn't feel overwhelmed with food, but we weren't bored either. The view was great! We could see most of the famous Hong Kong skyline from our corner room. Overall a great experience.

Very nice hotel in TST! It's actually a hotel management and hospitality industry school hotel & restaurant. For that in mind, I was extremely happily surprised with the quality and how the place looks like! 🌟 So nice! Inside of the lobby is a green plant wall 🌱 and lots of natural light. Hotel room that I stayed in was lovely designed, western and neutral coloured. View over the Victoria harbour was great! Service was great too, happy to be a customer for fellow industry students. Great place!

We were looking for a quick lunch with the kids. Google identified the Cafe here as an option for casual dining. Our definitions of casual are apparently quite different. We did not attempt to eat here.

Simply Amazing. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

From the complimentary mini bar, the courtesy shuttle, the extremely large and luxurious rooms to the amazing views of the Hong Kong sky line you will not be disappointed.

The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly.

I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

This hotel is truly an Icon of hospitality. The service, technology, and innovation embodies everything a hotel should strive to achieve. The rooms are impeccable with fantastic services and amenities available. Such a great value for the price. The location in Hong Kong is perfect for easily getting around the city and surrounding areas. You can even request a driver to pickup/dropoff at the airport in a new Tesla for an additional fee. Truly unbelievable experience. Dinning options are fantastic as well, with one of the best buffets I've ever had. Would highly recommend to any of my friends, family, or work colleagues.

Wow! Where do I even begin? This hotel is innovative and top notch! A few things stood out amongst many—the service and amenities. This hotel provides you with a personal cell phone that you can carry around with you and use the whole time during your stay. You are even able to make local calls on this phone and use it to maneuver your way around the city (we used Google maps). The staff is incredible- especially Tim Chan who works at the front desk. Tim took about 30 minutes to explain to us the areas we needed to see in Hong Kong and the best ways to get there since we were unable to take a tour. He was fabulous. I even left my wedding robe in the hotel and he sent it back to the States for me! The complimentary breakfast in The Market is probably the best buffet style breakfast we have ever had. All the waiters there are super attentive and accommodating. Location was great and they had a nice transfer that takes you to two different stops within the city. Without a doubt would stay here again in the future! Thanks for making our honeymoon so special.
