Not exactly pet friendly, see of the staff is helpful and fast with requests. Rooms very small compared to other hotels buy them again I'm use to the U.S. I don't recommend their "Free Mini bar package" it's a rip off my mini bar was 1 KitKat, 2 waters, 3 different bottles of Coke, 2 different beer bottles, 1 orange juice. All mini bottles and only once a day restock. Not exactly what you think of when someone says mini bar lol. So you will not get a buzz from this mini bar just a a waste of money because the regular rooms were $88 I paid $127 to have a mini bar room. I got railed on that. Room was ok though although no AC and Bed broken. If you're travel you'll feel safe here though so that's a plus and close to metro. Also great place to hold a business meeting. If you want to enjoy Madrid though I would suggest a room somewhere directly in the inside of the city that way you can walk outside and go shopping and eating. There isn't much outside this hotel
The lady that checked me in was really dry. My room was really small and there was a lot of street noise. The location was good. Not too far from the airport and there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the area.
The Best Service
Comfortable and good location, but the breakfast is rather poor (scarce choices).
Nice green marble tile in the bathroom. Amoungst the most comfortable beds in Spain. Not a populated street, hailing a taxi took a short few block walk down the street.
no air conditioning system in april totally crazy hotel
poor lightning room, malfunctioning TV, double rooms. equipped with single person amenities
It is a good hotel, and a good breakfast
Beautiful place, nice service, great breakfast.
Nice and clean hotel in a quiet yet lively neighbourhood. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is acceptable, not much variety but good products. Only drawback: Wi-Fi is free only in the lobby and is charged when used in the room.
