Hotel felt it hard history and rooms were great. Street pavement around hotel were being remodeled which made it inconvenient, but overall experience and location was good

Cleaning services was so slow although we asked 2 times to clean the room and we came back and it was still the same

The hotel is well located near to main Avenue of Madrid and nice restaurants. The room is enough big and comfortable and same for the bathroom. My only complaint is about the smell of cigarettes in the room. The room is for non smokers but someone maybe forget this.

The hotel is well located not far from the major museums, Palace Real, and other sightseeing locations. The room was clean and well maintained if perhaps a little on the small side. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff. Fast Wifi. Good access to the metro. Easy walk to most of Madrid's tourist sites. It's a good choice if you're and individual or couple vacationing in Madrid.

Brilliant location, close to everything(shops, tourist places) if you want to go further there is a metro station just round the corner. If you're not big breakfast eater don't buy breakfast-there is a choice of little coffes shops around (less than €3 for coffee and croissant). Room is quite small but clean and the bathroom is nearly the size of the bedroom. It might get a bit noisy over the weekend but not too much. Good value for the price.
