We had a great time staying at the hotel. It is in an excellent location across from the Museo del Prado and the Thyssen and a short walk to the Reina Sofia. The staff were extremely helpful in booking tickets for us to the musems. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. We also enjoyed walking around the center of Madrid from the hotel, visiting Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol, etc. I would be very happy to stay at the hotel again.

This is by far the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed. Not only is the location perfect for both business and leisure, but all aspects of the stay were perfect. Most important of all, they have the pillows that ensure a good night’s sleep. I have stayed in many 5-star hotels, and they all have comfortable beds, but the pillows are never right. NH Collection Madrid Paseo del Prado is different. Moreover, the rooms are well-equipped, the interior lovely (the building used to be a palace) and the staff so courteous and helpful. 10/10 experience.

perfect location, next to el prado and the thyssen museums . rooms are well furnished , tall ceilings make them look bigger than they actually are. breakfast ok though a bit expensive. friendly staff all around. definitely recommended

Beautiful, luxury hotel in the heart of the city, centrally located near the major art galleries and lovely parks and gardens. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast buffet was scrumptious

Fantastic location, near the museums and walkable to anywhere in central Madrid. The staff has been excellent and incredibly helpful with all our needs, and the room has been perfect.
