    Good points are localisation, balcony, staff, shaving set, tooth brush and price. But rooms are noisy as walls are pretty thin and the floor is in fake wood, corridors and rooms were too hot even without any heating on, breakfast disappointing.

    Good location, good service, but a little noise at nights. All other stuff very well.

    The place is a little run down. The staff were excellent but the rooms are noisy and the last night the lift kept me awake.

    Location is pretty good as it's in Atocha where many great restaurants, bars and local hangouts and there is a big park just a few blocks away. For the hotel, most male staff are quite friendly and accommodating. Not so much female staff. Room was really small and basic and I booked one week so i got Nespresso machine but after 3 days, a female staff said I need to pay for the capsules. What is the point having this machine if I had to pay for the capsule?? I've never seen any hotel charging the capsule when the machine is provided. Overall, I felt it's not worth staying at this hotel for the price tag.

    Rooms are smaller than usual for this category but excellent location compensates it.

    We've been in room 308 and it was a noisy room. We could hear our neighbours, and the biggest problem was that we heard the noises of the toilet pipes!!!
    All the staff was helpful, but in the breakfast room were only one person for attend all the guests demands!!
    The parking is extremely expensive.
    The only point is the location.
    We are often in Madrid, this was our first stay in this hotel and probably our last one.

    Answering your replay During my visit in your hotel, i went to the hotel staff and informed about the problem! The answer was "sorry, but we can't do nothing".
    Do you think that this is an answer??? Just to mention that i have the Accor Favorite Gest Card Platinum and the Accord Business Card

    So bad hotel. The worst hotel I had ever be in. A part from good location and not bad rooms, there is almost no good points:
    * no intenret for one day and so bad internet the second one
    * so bad service and staff not friendly at all for a 4 stars hotel
    * no toothpaste in rooms
    * principal door not working so you have to use the rescue one
    * rooms not soundproof at all, so you can't sleep because of the voices from the rooms next door or the noise outside
    .
