Great location, easy access to anywhere from this location by metro or taxi. Room is comfortable and staff is friendly. Bed and room are clean, would stay here again!

Facilities in the hotel are rather old, need a major revamp to catch up with trend. Generally, still a good place to sleep when in Madrid

Enjoyed the location whilst not in centre is right next to a metro stop so easy to get to places and also to walk to la Latina 15 min away. We had a one bedroom suite for 2 it would have been better if there was a sofa bed in the separate seating area. However, the room seemed much bigger than would have had in the centre of Madrid.

Four stars for the breakfast selection. The place is a bit far from the centro, but accessible via metro (right beside the hotel). The staff were trying hard to be helpful but language barrier is a big issue. Restaurant selection nearby is very limited. Spent the first night hungry because we cant find a decent place to eat because it was Sunday and all were closed. Perhaps if the hotel has food service aside from breakfast that would be good. Other than the breakfast selection, I would rate this place 2.5 stars. Bathroom equip with bidet.that is something to try.

A room was improperly booked and the staff bent over backwards for us to make sure it was resolved as quickly and fairly as possible. Rooms are relatively spacious and quite comfortable, though I prefer a stronger air-conditioning. Very accessible to public transit. Would recommend.

Great staff. Hotel decor quite dated (especially bathrooms). Food at the restaurant is poor. However, it's great value for money Right next to a tube station so really convenient for the airport or town centre. Rooms are very generous sized and perfect for a family. I would stay again.

An OK hotel. The room I was in was spacious but dated. They need a refurb. Would be happy to go back if I needed to but wouldn't rush to do so.
