This is my third time staying here for work .Apparently it's a 4 star hotel. No iron in room had to ask for it.. Dated . Personally I think it should be a 3 star. But I've stayed in better 2 stars

We had an enjoyable 2 night stay while in Madrid. The staff we friendly & efficient. Room were clean, comfortable & good size. Location is about 10 minutes walk to Metro station & about 15 minutes ride to Gran Via. Breakfast was nice.

The room was exceptionally clean and reasonably sized. Positive is also that they don't have carpets and that it's possible to open the windows. Unfortunately, Internet didn't work too well in the room. Outlook wasn't even able to send emails due to the slow connection. Breakfast has a rich selection and is definitely worth it. Overall, the hotel doesn't have any special surprises that would set it apart, but is very solid and definitely a good choice.

We have congress in this hotel. Congres hall has good chairs nice ambient. Receptions and hall of hotel looks elegant clean and food was exelant. I have no expiriance with room. Publuc toilets are clean .

Very nice hotel on the 1st look. The reception was good, they settelled us weary tourists and tour leader very fast and we were in our rooms quickly.
Breakfast was the best. Great staff did their work well and gave us a great start to the day.
Room amenities were great especially the kettle for hot water in winter time.
The only problem was some in our tour group got their rooms broken into and belongings searched. Others lost paper bags from well known brands from their rooms.
All the rooms that were broken into did not show signs of being forcibly broken into which leads one to think that the thievery is an inside job.
So beware ,do lock up before you leave the room even if its for a short while.

Located in Northern Madrid, the hotel is close to the metro line and near Bernabeu stadium. I stayed in a double room, which was comfortable, clean, but small. The room had no fridge, only a small electronic mini bar. The AC was rather loud, but keeping the window open was quiet and sufficient to keep it fresh. Complimentary breakfast was very good with a variety of breads, meats, cereals, fish and freshly squeezed juices. Overall a great place to host a conference!
