  Very good hotel. There are bus stops close to it. Easy to go any where in Madrid from this hotel. Nearby convenience stores are available.Good views.

  Very good hotel. Bus stops is close to the hotel, which helps for easy and convenient communication.

  Big comfortable rooms. Underfloor heating. 5 min from metro. 15 min from center of the city.

  Good location just outside the center with easy access to public transport. Closest bus stop is right outside and is direct to the city center. Metro is a short walk from the hotel. Staff are helpful, rooms are cleaned daily. The room was great value, with a comfortable bed, lots of storage space and a large tv.

  Es un hotel al que vine para hospedarme durante dos noches y me sorprendió, tiene 832 habitaciones y se encuentra en la av. Pio XII. Y el servico es increible, muy bueno me tratan super bien y las habitaciones las dejan impecables

  The hotel entrance is really nice but the rooms have seen better times, could use some renovation. The fotos I saw for reserving are probably not very recent. Restaurant served good food, but small portions. It was also very loud and service took a long time. Hopefully the hotel will make some renovations and a better atmosphere soon.

  Not my choice if i would stay again with our baby at Madrid. Not a comfortable temperature in the room. Not working climatization. Awful, way out of lifespan beds. Two single beds instead of a double bed as hired. Had to request again for the cradle. We weren't able to sleep so after complaining they offered a room change to another, one floor above. This could have been our first and only room. Therefore, some issue with the cistern recalling we don't come again. Some personnel nice, other not so nice. Breakfast only remarkable were some tasty pastries. Very expensive for the service received.

  Great hotel. The rooms are clean and very nice. The train stops are nearby and provide easy access to all of Madrid
