I was in Hotel Nuevo Madrid as a guest for an event, I will not evaluate it's value for money. Hotel NM is located not very close to the metro station, a bit more than 1 km, but there is also a closer bus service to bring you to metro lines. The hotel is clean and well organized, the international breakfast is aligned with the same class of hotels. The fitness area has good massage service while the gym is pretty small, but it's fine for a quick training. I would suggest this hotel for a business trip mostly, while for visiting the city as a tourist you are a bit too far from the main Madris hotspots.

A business hotel.
Good breakfast and average rooms.
The single room is very small.
The location is somehow far from the metro station.

Would not recommend this hotel for any reason other than price. Stayed here on our last night in Madrid. Was extremely disappointed in the hotel and the location. The pictures of the lobby made it look like a great place for it's value, but the lobby was the only nice thing about the hotel. It was not in a very good location for access to train station/metro. Not as close to airport as I had read. Not many restaurants and NO shops near by. Not alot of people in the area for walking around after dark. The rooms were very dated and the carpet was dirty/nasty. Staff was not particularly friendly, and only somewhat helpful. Could hear hotel room doors closing very loudly at night. Glad this was our last night in Madrid and not our first, it could have been a very disappointing start to what was a wonderful trip.

This hotel is okay.just. The best thing about it is the shuttle bus to the centre of Madrid. Airport shuttle only runs on the hour. The grounds of the hotel have no shelter from the sun and were not particularly well looked after. Rooms very dark and not much in the way of little extras. The breakfast was adequate but could do with more choice. Overall this hotel is fine for one or two nights, but no more. Staff could be friendlier.

Hotel de 4 estrellas típico, muy bonito el recibidor y la zona de entrada a las habitaciones y el ascensor con cristal. El personal bastante amable y el restaurante a un precio razonable.

Far from city center, nicely decorated and maintained. However they have some rude staff that do whatever they want.
