The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Going above and beyond their job.Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. I would stay here again when I visit Madrid.

Nice hotel. They clean the room daily, the room service is fast, Good breakfast, offer all you can eat for breakfast, tasty food, the staffs are friendly. Just that it's far from everything in Madrid.

Low cost furniture and bathroom. You can tell this is third world when details are missed: paper is there but there was no pen. Little things like that make you miss higher standards hotels

The hotel was very very good: room very large, bed comfortable (even better than mine!), service was great. I forgot to take with me the necessary stuff, otherwise I would also enjoyed the free spa. You can also ask for different kind and price of massages. 10 minutes walking from metro stop, lots of bus stops 5 min from the hotel

Staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. Furniture in the room can definitely use some updating. The location of the hotel is also not the greatest, but overall convenient and a good experience.

Modern hotel, very clean and tidy. Rooms are big and comfortable. Most facilities included. The place is a bit far from tourist areas, usually quiet, good for businessmen and work people. The breakfast is ok.
