Hotel is 1.5 km from basic shopping plaza where SIM cards can be purchased hotel has very basic clean rooms.a fridge ,TV on wall, that's it bring your own electric jug and drinking containers.that being said the hotel is close to both bus and rail transport good breakfast for 13 Euro.

The food is tasty, they also have natural juices. Rooms are large and comfortable. Sometimes the access card doesn't work.

The rooms are very functional with a 'clean' stile touch. I have been in hotels where the bed is quite hard but at Zenit it was almost as home. Very near the underground and the airport (15 minutes). The overall experience is very good. Maybe the only negative is the room insolation towards other rooms if you have noisy neighbors (maybe though a general problem to similar hotels). Overall good. Worth the money.

Very neat and friendly and extremely helpful staff, although the shower floor for wheelchair acces is much too slippery and dangerous.

The rooms are ok, clean and tidy. But the fact that every time I wanted to go to my room I had to go back down to the reception desk 5 or 6 times in order for my keycard to work is unbelievable. Also, the fact that you can open a room with just 2 screwdrivers (that's how they opened my room because the card was not working at all) tells me that the security of the room is similar with putting a sheet to cover the exit.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though I made a mistake in my booking. The room was very big, with comfortable beds, a large bathroom and a decent TV. Overall the place is very nice.
I would recommend not booking breakfast unless you are very strict on meal times. It is okay, but breakfast outside is much better, cheaper and you have many choices. There are places nearby like the Bar Asturias or just go to the centre and eat there.
There is parking available around the hotel area, and a convenient bus service (line 120) starts right in front of it. Two metro stations (Pinar del rey and Esperanza) are also close by. You are in Gran Vía in about 30 minutes altogether.response / report this review -

Nice hotel, good value, with everything you need in the room, including a toothbrush and toothpaste which is a nice touch.
