This hotel is perfect to people that go to Madrid for business. Great staff and very close to the airport. If you want to go to the city center often is quiet far but there are cheap options. A bus stop is really close to the hotel and it takes you to Gran vía in 40 min.

Great stay! I cancelled my reservation from another hotel to come here and it was the best decision I made. Free airport shuttle on scheduled times. The second hotel shuttle also takes you to the central city and pick you up at scheduled times. Hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. Rooms are top notch with great amenities. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here next time I come to Madrid.

I really liked this hotel. It is not expensive and have very friendly staff. Great value for the price. They also have a free hotel shuttle. Breakfast is not included though, you would need to pay for it separately. Its about 45 minute away from city center if you are taking the bus. The bus is number 146 and takes you to city center for 1.5 Euros.

Great hotel near the airport. The town centre is about 30 minutes away by bus so was easy to get to. They offer a free shuttle to the airport too. I ignorantly assumed everyone would speak English but that isn't the case so some communication challenges, but I see that as my problem.
It claims it has a "gym" but if you want to do free weights it is pretty poor and doesn't even have dumbbells.
Would stay here again, especially for the price!response / report this review
