The staff here is very good , helpful . The food was good lot of choice and very tasty . Good location.

The service and rooms were good. Breakfast was ok but a bit too busy for the room size and amount of food. A bit expensive for what it is.

It's ok, good enough location, good enough breakfast. Rooms are not well isolated in terms of sound, room across the corridor had some noisy kids and histerical parents. Could be worse.

Very good hotel, it is marked as 3* but I have been in hotels with more stars and worse than this. It is located near to the Paseo de la Castellana, the business area of Madrid, near of the Santiago Bernabeu and with a metro station only at 5 minutes walking. The room that I got was really beauty, big and with a big bed and a big tv. The bathroom is also big and clean.

Good room. Staff is very nice. The bathroom is has a bath tub. The only disappointment was to find out that they closed the gym a few days before our arrival.

Good location. Clean hotel. Nice room. Pillow of the bed wasn't my favorite (neck hurt the next day) but that was the only complaint. Excellent value for money, I would say.
