Very clean and nice looking hotel. Well decorated and nice cleaning crew. Right on strip and easy access to many restaurant and bars and also near the market.

The decor and location is amazing. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. However my biggest complaint is that the rooms can be very noisy. The walls are thin and you can hear the hallway noise and nextdoor rooms very clearly. Also, if you are unlucky to have a street facing wall, the noise from the street is loud. Come here if you don't mind the noise and want a 4-5 star look.

Pleasant & welcoming registration staff. The room was newly renovated with a contemporary décor. The heating and cooling ventilation is individually controlled in the room and efficient. A generous buffet breakfast is offered. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street within easy walking distance to most sites, restaurants and retail. I found no need to use mass transit; a subway station is about two blocks away. Because of luggage, I hired a taxi from the Atocha train station to the hotel for less than 5 Euros. I will stay here again on future visits.

I booked my family here and used my credit card as payment. First of all, my family loved the location and the rooms. However, a few days before their visit, I received a notification from my bank that I was charged EUR98.10 from this hotel. I e-mailed the hotel. They didn't respond. Had to follow up before they did. Then they said they couldn't do anything without seeing the bank receipt. So I waited for my account statement (for actual posting) and saw that it was indeed them who charged me and reversed it the next day. However, because of currency differences, I incurred a loss of ~USD15. Minimal but this is the ONLY hotel where I've experienced mishandling of my account. I sent them an email with a screenshot of my bank statement showing the transactions. They didn't bother to get back to me, provide an explanation or at the very least apologize. Since they couldn't validate (or admit) early on about the charging, I had to block my card for fear of compromise.

We’ve just experienced some unpleasant circumstances in your hotel, 10 mins ago.
It is our first night in your hotel. We checked in around 22:20, and smell something bad in our room when we check in. At first we thought opening the window will help, but the smell become worse when we were about to go for sleep.
We asked for help, a staff member came and help. He made sure that the smell came from the disable restroom.
Then we decide to leave the hotel, and went to the front desk, ask for the refund for the first night. But another staff member, who refused to give us his name, said he cannot do it, because he is not responsible for the smell!
‘I cannot give you refund because I’m not responsible for the smell’
    This is what he said.
And even worse, this staff member, didn’t apologize for the disgusting smell if hotel room, even once!
So we have to leave the hotel at 2:30am, with the contact email, and the anger and disappointment.

Great hotel, wonderful decor - but there was some construction going on early morning that woke us up. Very very noisy.

Perfect location. A great surprise when arrived. It is a modern hotel with all the facilities needed in a 2 stars.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel is 6 floors high. Offering about ten rooms per floor. It's a 3 minute walk to plaza mayor or sol station metro where you can take the metro to atoche renfe for larger trains or just travel the entire city. Highly recommend the hotel. Staff was friendly, speak English well and rooms were cleaned and sheets cleaned daily.

Ended up with one of the older, unrenovated rooms which are not well represented as a possibility on the hotel's pages on review sites. They have many pictures of their new rooms and next to none of their old. While not a bad thing, it's just odd when the entire rest of the hotel and hallway right outside have been finished.

We could hear the TV from next door, and everything going on in the hallway. Additionally, the ongoing construction was loud throughout the day, which made it impossible to embrace the siesta portion of the Spanish lifestyle.

Beyond that, the room was clean and well furnished. We ended up with two twins pushed together than the queen we'd reserved, so we had more room. The small window looked out onto the main shopping street below which had lots of high-end shops, and likely pickpockets.

Overall, this was a 2-3 star experience for me. Had there been better sound proofing (any at all, actually) it would have been higher.

They are still having the renovation work, so it would be a bit noisy in the day. But no worries, must of construction begins after 10:30 or even late than 12pm. The newly renovated rooms are big enough, with great water pressure for showering. The room rate is super reasonable. Location, good. Staffs, helpful and speaks English.
