Excellent location. Comfortable rooms and delicious food. Member of the staff were very helpful and kind.

Must of been given one of the darkest depressing rooms window was locked .The view was a wall . It was clean & the bed comfortable but did book 2 double rooms for our party but told only twins available . As booked for a week hoped would get a nice room . Rooms either side of us very noisey as well could hear conversations & one side liked moving the furniture . Bit of sound proofing would help . It is a lovely old hotel but could do with updating here & there .Daughters bathroom also got locked as door knob broke. 3 stars are for the lovely staff & good location only.

Reasonably priced basic hotel in a great location. Friendly staff, rooms clean and well kept. Mini fridge in each room very useful to keep a few basics chilled.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. I liked the clean classic look of the reception and the lounge. The room we had was quite modern and we'll equipped. The bathroom was very spacious en clean. Breakfast was varied and really good. The hotel is near three beautiful parks and close to the Gran Via which is the main street with lots of restaurants and shops.

Excellent breakfast, elegant rooms and bathrooms, courtesy water, tea and coffee at the reception, nice location near subway station, the royal palace and the debod park

Friendly staff, good breakfast, great location, just by side of the palace garden. It seemed a bit old building, but well renovated.

Ok hotel, central to many locations and a metro station. Clean rooms, elevator, breakfast buffet. This hotel has seen better days but was good for a 2 day visit. Allowed us a nice early check in
