  Estuvimos un fin de semana en Madrid y nos hospedamos en este hotel sin haber recibido ninguna referencia de algun conocido pero simplemente puedo decir que nos ha encantafo, ubicavion excelente, personal recepcion y planta amabilidimos y unas habitaciones espaciosas con camas muy comodas. Seguro que repetiremos.

  Receptionists were all very friendly and nice. Modern and cozy design. Rooms can be improved as well as the bathroom. Location is very good, lots of restaurants and convenient stores around. The breakfast is very good. Generally we enjoyed our stay.

  This location is perfect! Easily accessible and close enough to city center to walk. There are a handful of restaurants near by and a grocery store up the block. They assisted us in reservations to Flamanco Dancing as well as a day tour to Toledo. Every staff member we interacted with was very kind and helpful. My only complaint is that the in hotel resturant has a very limited menu for vegetarians, but I imagine it's a cultural thing. What I did have was very delicious.

  Great rooms with decent amenities. Clean, although worn a bit at certain places. Staff friendly. Air con workes great. Noise cancellation of windows could be better.

  All Meliá hotels are great. The staff is useful and very friendly. The hotel is located in downtown Madrid. The food is amazing. Is a bit expensive but it is worth the experience

  Centric location, close to everything in Madrid. The staff is really helpful and will do everything in their hands to help with any issue. The rooms are always delivered tidy and in a general look they are spacious and have everything needed for a great experience.
