slow service while check in and would not call it 4 star hotel. Fair rooms, fair services. Not worth it

Very slow service. 9 people! before me at the reception. And than a not understandable request for photo of the company credit card which I don't have. My own credit card was not enough. Very strange.

Was an event on a saloon. Great place, but the cleaning service didn't appear until late, so rubbish was accumulating on the place at the end of the day.

We arrived early and we were able to check in early. Good location for the metro and onwards travel towards the airport.

5 stars if the internet was faster. We didn't expect streaming in HD but we had real issues with Google Maps and YouTube on a standard smartphone, sometimes the maps and videos were not even loading. Otherwise the hotel has big and clean rooms and with the metro the city centre is fast and easy to reach. If the internet improves we would come again.
