Excellent budget hotel, food was plentiful and good quality. We will happily stay again. Only downside was it could so with a lick of paint and some general maintenance although it was clean and tidy. Staff were nice and friendly.

Delicious food, especially desserts. Nice staff always smiling and helpful. Great location close to poniente beach. Nice coctails and drinks. The only thing to improve is that the entertainment should also be in english not only Spanish

Nice hotel but a wee bit dated in the older part of Benidorm.Food good and varied. Being British there was not much interaction with other people as most were Spanish, this is not a criticism but I don't speak Spanish. Yes I would go again if the price was right.

Loved this hotel staff friendly and the indoor heated swimming pool on the 5th floor was lovely. It was located in an ideal position between the old and new towns. Perfect place to spend new year. The food was out of this world. Never stayed in an all inclusive hotel that had food this fabulous before! Every meal was gorgeous. Looking forward to going back!

Superb food, with excellent choices. Service impeccable. Extremely clean. As an example, my wife was taken to hospital on the eve of our wedding anniversary. On our return, the staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. The following evening we were presented at dinner with a celebration cake and bottle of (proper) champagne. Although all the staff deserve praise, the Maitre D' (Moeses) was brilliant. We would, and have, recommended this hotel and staff to friends and family.

Hotel clean food great, but if you are english do not stay here as its full of very ignorant spanish elders who moan if uou go in pool they hate kids and every night entertainment os spanish line dancing nothing at all for english wven halloween there was nothing for kids u would never go back and would not recommend it to anyone
