Hotel is value for money, not the best ive stayed in but still very good. 5 star rating because the weather was amazing the place, Benidorm is amazing And every day was fantastic. Would stay in Dynastic again.

The furniture is tired and needs replacing. The food is bland with little flavour. There's a couple of microwaves that people are using to worm their food. This shouldn't be necessary.
Nothing is included unless your all inclusive. We where half board and had to pay for a glass of water with the evening meal!.
On a good note, the hotel is clean, rooms serviced daily and the spa facilities are good. €9 per day if your not all inclusive.
Overall its adequate but no more than that. We won't be returning.response / report this review -

Loved this place, staff amazing good ok but not the best. But we didn't expect any different as they cater for a vast amount of people. Fantastic location too

We arrived at hotel dynastic very late at night to find no cot for our 18month old baby when asked reception for a travel cot we were told the hotel has no travel cots at all for a 4 star hotel this is just ridiculous for how cheap they are to buy!!!
But one could be provided the next day for 7 euros a night what a joke considering we have payed a lot of money already
The room we had was very clean an tidy but every time we come back to our room the cleaners leave the balcony door wide open that will leave your room vulnerable to theft even if you leave it locked for a reason example theft an going children
Breakfast has good selection of poor quality food example sausages an bacon are very poor
But on the upside lunch and dinner is faultless
Good changing variety daily
The snack department is dreadfully under managed so expect poor quality there
The hotel is situated in a good location which is great but some staff are of poor manners
Over all I rate this a 3 star hotel but to be fair I would come back
Note to owner of dynastic hotel buy some travel cots please

Nice hotel, the superior rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. plenty of sunbeds by the pool. Food and drink is good in the all inclusive package, I would recommend

The room was fine - very good shower, comfortable bed and very clean. The main reception area was well presented. Facilities were good.
The food was disgusting though and the bar and pool areas had out of date tatty furniture.response / report this review -

Room was nice, quick service at the bar for all inclusive drinks. All inclusive food was decent and a nice selection of bits to eat.

Nice large and clean room with large balcony. Bathroom excellent. Restaurant good but can be a bit repetitive (Theme nights an exception). Staff helpful. Good location near the indoor market.
