  Stayed last October, no issues really although breakfast choice deteriorated after the first day. Back in the same place in 4 weeks so will compare.

  For the price paid service was quite poor. Our room was not cleaned on the Saturday and the hotel had no hot water for 3 days that we were there. The roof top had no bar service for two days and staff in the cafeteria on the ground floor were rude. Was told by another resident that they had a lovely time last year and came back but this time were unhappy with the service also.

  Bar and Restaurant staff were lovely, warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We did not stay in the hotel, so we cannot comment on the rooms.
