What a lovely place spent my daughters 10th birthday here last year and were returning for a week in just under ten days. If you want a safe feeling and lovely family holiday than I would 100000% recommend that you book here . Rooms are clean and tidy , staff are very helpful and friendly ( which made us feel so welcome) and there is loads to do for the kids and adults.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Club suite was a really nice room, with use of rooftop pool and bar as well as the club lounge. Place is very clean and a decent choice of meals is provided. Snacks could definitely be better for club suite guests as these were very limited and time constrained (so if you wanted crisps for example, you could only get them at around 2:30 in the afternoon when a bowl was put in the club room). Location of the hotel is good as it is far enough away from the centre to be quiet, though still an easy walk to the beach of about 10 minutes.

Stayed in a club room, nice having own roof top pool and bar, separate dining area. Would definitely stay in this hotel again. Just one barman with a bit of an attitude, rest of the staff fantastic. The hotel room was spotlessly clean and lovely decor. Food was average but some times not as hot as it should be. Some times a really bad smell coming from the vents on the roof.

Just back from Benidorm after staying at the Flamingo Oasis after staying seven nights. We had a 25 hour and 45 minute delay so did not get off to a good start. The food was disgusting, worse than school dinner slop. Kids screaming out of control around the pool and also one decided to empty his bowels in the pool so this was closed all day in 33• heat. We had to eat out every night because the food was awful and the entertainment was more for children. There were two guests evicted for fighting with one man needing stitches in his hand. Very loud swearing guests and very aggressive which was very intimidating. We will never return again. We were looking forward to this holiday so much but we couldn't wait to get home.

The hotel is nice and friendly. It's clean due to the superb housekeeping. The food is nice and although they don't label allergens there is a wide range of choice for most diets (which is important as you can only stay here all inclusive). The entertainment is good - especially for children - however the evening entertainment goes on to 12pm (and it is outside in the summer months so it makes it hard to sleep until then). The views are excellent - especially if you have a higher floor room, which is a high prpbability as there are 25 floors.

Me and my family had not been abroad for around 5 years before coming to this hotel, it was one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in, we was welcomed by a lovely man offering us food and drinks. All of the staff are very helpful, and bar and entertainment staff were all really nice. The rooms are very spacious and cleaned every day. There is food and drinks on all day, with a variety of choice. There is day time activities to take part in along with the night time entertainment which was brilliant. There is free wifi, the beach is a 5 minute walk down the road and there is a water park close by also. Our Thompson reps were also very helpful and lovely! I cannot fault this hotel, the rat race every morning is just part of the fun!

This hotel is clean the meals are ok, some better than others, most of the staff aren't very friendly and the drinks are local rubbish and are not nice.

Rooms are very spacious and exceptionally clean. Food very good, with a wide variety to suit every taste. Hotel staff all very helpful. Entertainment was fantastic, for adults and kids. My friend and I joined the Salsa Class in the afternoon, and every night the shows, bands & singers were all excellent. Had Dirty Dancing, Mamma Mia, Grease, Full Monty, We Will Rock You to name just a few, in our week there. The entertainment staff all worked very hard and a lot of effort was put in to everything. Some of the entertainment staff were leaving at the end of the week when we were there, they would be a big miss, as the entertainment was a big part of what we enjoyed about our stay in The Flamingo Oasis. Hotel is situated in a fine bit, across from a very nice buffet chinese restaurant, and various bars, which also all have great entertainment in the evenings. Will definitely return to this hotel again. Loved every minute. ✔

Great entertainment each day for adults as well as kids and evening shows. Food was fairly good with a wide variety of food to choose from. Good on site facilities including indoor gym and swimming pool, mini golf course and football pitch & basket ball court. Kebab place across the road was delicious 👌🏼

Amazing hotel, amazing staff & great quality food & drink! Enjoyed my stay very much. Extremely clean and staff can't do enough for you! Not to mention I left something in the hotel that was very special to me and they shipped it to me that same day!! Couldn't be more greatful! 110% recommend!
