Have just came back hotel food and staff were very good would stay here again and recommend it.

located in a great location right near the beach and not far from any shops as for the hotel the rooms are nice clean and well maintained great views from the room and the staff are very helpful.

Love it here. Staff excellent. Food excellent. Currently staying here and have been here several times. Never disappoints. Lovely view from our balcony. Day 3 and 8 more to go. Brilliant.

Very busy hotel. The basic room was very small no drawers and a very small wardrobe for two. After complaining we got an upgrade. The lagoon pool is very large but don't allow airbeds which my wife loves to float on to sunbath. Entertainment staff were excellent. Too many kids for my liking but that's just me. Great place for families but not couple's.

Spent 4 nights in a sol room. The room was very modern and very clean with great views. The staff are all helpful and friendly. The food is good, the pool area is great for families and the pool has a swim up bar. The hotel is in the perfect position for day and night, as it sits at the start of the bar area and shopping area too. There is a bus stop directly outside for any excursion pick ups. Overall I'm very happy and I would definitely stay here again

Accessible for wheelchair users. Friendly staff. Great entertainment every night. Close to beach, shops and pubs.

Spent a week here beginning of may and it had its positives and negatives.
+great location
+amazing pool area
+Lovely breakfast selection
+hotel room cleaned very well and very day
-walls and ceilings paper thin so you can here everything
-prime location for bars but that isn't good if you are away for a quiet time.
-worst beds I've encountered in any hotel. Had to flip it as it was so bad.
Enjoyed stay but town is over run with stags and hen parties over weekend. Not good if you want a quiet time. Would go to different part of Spain next time.response / report this review -

The rooms were very clean, tidy and well maintained. We stayed all inclusive and upgraded to gold which means nearly all "99%" was included. Very good selection including some nice mojitos. As a cider drinker myself the upgrade was essential as it wasn't included without gold.

Staff are very friendly and speak good English. Even late at night they were able to help us with our room. Cleaners were very friendly and had such a positive vibe. Snackbar is quality. Would recommend all inclusive.

Awesome hotel. Has lots to offer at affordable prices. Near all the decent bars, supermarkets everywhere! Highly recommend!!
