Great hotel very clean nice rooms with mini fridge, tv. Also on site pool. Sauna. Gym. Cafe. The breakfast was fantastic with choice of cooked & continental. The staff speak English & are very friendly. Good value for money in October. Only a short taxi to the heart of Benidorm. Would highly recommend.

Have been many times here but never stayed over. This time just booked for a couple of days and every time booked a few more. Super friendly staff (front desk and cleaning team), every day room was properly cleaned and free parking underground next to the Mercadona. Overall conclusion, very good service, nice room (suite 418A - highly recommended) and extremely helpful staff. What else you need? A good price? You have it here. Just find out yourself. Rooftop pool on floor 1, not floor 6.

Room Tip: I would recommend room 418A, view on the pool and last room on the 4th floor

I booked this hotel as it had parking and was out of the town centre. On the Web page it showed cars parked outside the hotel. We parked outside the hotel and asked if the car was ok whilst we booked in and left our luggage in the room, we were told that was ok. When we came down my husband enquired about the golf course. I went out to the car which wasn't there.I thought it had been stolen!!!!!On reception he said OH NO NOT AGAIN.The car had been towed.We were treated like criminals and had to pay €60 plus €40 for being a tourist. Also a Spanish gentleman from the hotel had his towed away he had to pay €60. We could not sleep could not play golf in fact the whole trip was ruined..the only recompense your manager could offer was a late check out at 6.00pm.We left after breakfast and felt this was an insult. We have stayed at many hotels but can truthfully say this was the worst.the excuse they gave was they thought we had parked across the Road from the hotel because they could not see the car from the reception area!!!!! But the manager admitted this has happened before!!!!!

4 star hotel but more like a 3. On outskirts of Benidorm but bus stop right outside to anywhere in town or surrounding areas for only €1.50. Has a pool but rooms have no balconies.
Due to position it's probably cheapest 4 star in Benidorm.
