I have stayed in the Castilla 3 times have booked for March 2018. Was there in October 2017 went with Monarch who went bust day after I arrived. Could have spoiled holiday as did for other people but I was in a Servigroup hotel and Jackie Rogers sorted everything. Food is of a very good standard staff are lovely and it has to be the cleanest hotel in Benidirm. When I say cleanest hotel ive stayed in at least 9 hotels in Benidorm so can compare, staff are still cleaning late into the evening and hotel always smells lovely. I am a widow and travel alone, dining room accommodates this and I dont feel self conscious eating alone.

This was our second stay at the Castilla and we were not disappointed. The food was excellent and to our tastes as before. Our room was clean with plenty of hanging and storage space and the beds were really comfortable. Other reviewers mention Jackie and we agree that she's a treasure. She'll go above and beyond to make sure you have a relaxed holiday. Whilst the entertainment wasn't to our taste there were other guests who enjoyed what was on offer. Benidorm has something for everyone and there are enough bars etc within a short walk so it wasn't a problem for us.

Love the Rio Park Hotel Staff are very friendly and very approachable. My husband and I come here 2 to 3 times a year and would definitely recommend it

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to everything but in a quiet location. The food was very nice with a good variety. Highly recommend.

Visit hotel as in area a little off mainstream and very quiet, bit of a trek to the beach but not far from pubs and restaurants, small pool area but will suit others

Rooms are ok. It situated not far from city shops. Although wifi supposed to be throughout hotel, it very iffy up in rooms. Food I would say is average, very British, veg tends to be over cooked and soft. However there is plenty of it and included in price.

Big, clean and comfortable room. Toiletries were refilled each day. Nice staff, but some of the reception staff need to improve their communicational skills. The buffet is OK. Not as bad as buffet usually are and good variety (except in the desserts). The pool is quiet and has a big are for sunbathing, but the water is slightly salty, warm and a bit dirty. The night show were a bit poor. However, as we stayed more than 3 nights, they gave us two wonderful tea cups and two free drinks at the bar (alcohol included!). In general, it was a great experience and we will surely come back.
