A very good hotel with beautiful interior. The rooms are fantastic and especially the old elevator is still WOW! Breakfast was fine and the stuff very friendly. Only the mattress was to soft.

Fantastic location and friendly staff, who all seemed to be fluent in English. The hotel has a lot of charm that very nicely compliments a visit to old town. The parking lot across the street is conveniently located for a price of 20 euro per day. Breakfast included with the hotel was pretty average for European buffets.

Not modern by a long shot. Quaint period rooms. The room was clean, the water was hot, the staff was very helpful. The included breakfast was good with a European selection. Location, location, location is excellent for easy access to the attractions. A short walking distance to many sites and public transit. Exactly what I expected when I booked

First the positives; this hotel is full of old world charm, the staff are very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. Unfortunately our room wasn't really up to scratch, it was small and decorated like something from the 60s. The bathroom had recently been redecorated but had a fierce smell of damp which seemed to be caused by the shower leaking. I got the impression that some of the rooms were better but I guess it's a bit of a gamble.

Nicely preserved building with a retro-looking elevator. Excellent location to lots of eating places and attractions. Remember to go for the free city tour nearby. Recommended!

Great hotel from another era kept up in pristine condition. You feel like you're back in the early 20th century in the best preserved medieval town in Europe!

This beautiful old hotel is just 1 min walk from main square. Perfect location for a trip to Tallinn! Very very comfortable beds.
