This hotel is very overrated. Absolutely do not use the laundry service. I paid 70 euro for 5 tee shirts and some socks and underwear. Booked the romantic double room and the shower sprays everywhere and they leave a squeegee in there so u can mop up all the water into the tub. The Internet is absolute garbage. Don't count on getting any work done online, and I'm on the second floor. Location is the main upside. Pretty overpriced if you ask me. Bottom line, I had stayed at a hostel before I changed hotels. It was just as clean, spacious, and had blazing fast Internet compared to this place.

Perfect location. Very close to old town. 5 minutes walk. Rooms are quite nice and clean. Room cleaning is extra quick. Excellent buffet on breakfast and very friendly staff. Prices are also reasonable. Strongly recommend this hotel for business stay.

Great hotel 🏩.. Friendly helpful staff.
My room a business room was great.. Very comfy bed. Great shower.
Fab choice of food at breakfast
They also do lovely evening meals too.
Stayed here three times in a year.

I like it, it is simple and the same way it has its style, so cozy and cost effective. 2 steps literally from the Old Town, so take or leave it. Ah and the food, amazing

A lovely contemporary hotel in old Tallinn. Rooms are modern and stylish. Do not miss eating in their restaurant. The food exceeded expectations and definitely worth staying in for. Great location only a short walk from the sites of the old town.

Not a four stars hotel as it claims. Standard room doesn't have air condition. A towel on the air vent?

Hotel is ok. We have chosen the room with sauna, its allright. Room has only one small window which you cannot open! Breakfast is bad - scrambled eggs are gray and awfull. No pool and fitness.

I've stayed in this hotel many times and it is always an experience I look forward to. Extremely comfy beds and I haven't had any trouble with any of the services they provide. The staff there is always friendly and helpful as well.

Nice business room, good breakfast.
Good value for money.

One thing though: service, especially at reception desk, is really not pleasant. No smile, makes you feel like you annoy them reminds me Moscow airport police, if you once went there.

Quite a big contrast with the rest of the city.
Too bad would be very nice otherwise.
