The hotel is located next to one of the ferry terminals and therefor very suitable for people travelling from or to Finland. The hotel was good value for the money, clean and nicely decorated. Decent breakfast. The receptionists could work on their attitude. A friendly word or a smile would improve the service experience a lot.
It was a surprise that the bar closed at 8pm, but there are some places next to the hotel where you can eat or drink something. Note that there is also a bus stop next to the hotel which brings you closer to the city center, the main bus terminal and the airport.

Small, quiet, comfortably placed. Lobby bar could be more variable as well small facelift for the whole hotel is welcome. Definitely worth considering when travelling on business. The view is very industrial but the location is being continuously developed, so next visit could be more spectacular

Good hotel, right beside the harbor. It's a 20 minute walk to the center along some nice streets. The room is good and the bathroom is really spacious. Only negative point about this hotel is the fact that ferries dock right behind it, therefore some earplugs might come in handy if you wake up easily.

Quite expensive for what you get. Room is spacious but only basic facilities. No kettle, toiletries or towels provided. You have to buy from the reception counter. It would be very convenient if you are trevelling by boat. About 18 min walk to old town.

Good sized clean rooms. Just opposite the cruise terminal and within walking distance to the old town. Check-in staff was a bit cool but helpful.

Perfect location if you are going to travel by ferry. Not located in the old town, but still not so far from it and there are some nice places to eat very close.

It was okay. Clean. The receptionist isn't particularly friendly. The bathroom had that "lovely" drain smell. The fluorescent lights were making a weird ticking/crunching sound. Breakfast was so-so. Good for an overnight stay on your way across the gulf.

Normal hotel with friendly staff and poor sound isolation. Every noise comes in from the corridor. Free WiFi works perfect!

Rooms are good, location at the terminal too, but sound isolation is poor, it sounded like train is passig by all night. Strangest was if you open window it is not getting louder. Try to keep out windows pointing to port.

Convenient location just next to the ferry terminal. Rooms are good, bathrooms clean and fresh. The breakfast buffet is fine as well, although I would prefer more vegetarian options on behalf of all the meat.

Good location especially for waiting ferry. Helpful staf. Friendly advise, avoid rooms with windows to ferry terminal side because in the morning you will be awaken by horns of ferry.

Yesterday Morning we wake up in this Hotel. Much noise whole night from upstairs. When we go to our Car, a Ticket in Cars window. In Hotel Information was written "You can park Your Car front of Hotel if there is Space". I went to the Front to ask "Why, and why dont You tell to the Coustomers to park without this problem ? Long Story and they do not feel responsible, as allways in Estonia. About 45 euros Ticket for Tourist. Goodbye Estonia.
