Nicely located. The area around is being beautifully redeveloped and only five minutes from the tourist infested old town. Pleasant staff. Nice room.

The receptionist knew English very barely so it was hard to understand what he was trying to say, next to the fact that he didn't give enough information about my stay. The rooms were nice and the bathrooms had heated floors but there was nowhere to heat up my food, they also made us pay for a room we had "ordered" although we only requested one room.

Excellently located hotel, close to the port, shopping malls, bit of night life in bars around, also within walking distance to the city centre. For four stars the rooms are little basic, do not expect great views from the windows. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms clean, albeit little older. Buffet breakfast offers a good variety, especially several kinds of fish salads. Hotel bar is cozy and comfy when outside is that cold and damp northern weather.

Had some small problems with smell in the bathroom throughout my stat here. Otherwise it was fine with its prime selling point being right next to the Old Town.

Stale but clean rooms. Just a flophouse for tourists. Decent value and good location.

I stayed there for about a week! It is a nice hotel with friendly staff and a great location. Breakfast was good, also the room was very clean. I would always come back to this lovely hotel again.

Still a reasonable place to stay but getting a little stale in style. No coffee or tea facilities or convenient power outlets for bedside overnight recharging of devices. However, brilliant wifi reception throughout. The weakest point is the morning overcrowding of the breakfast room

The hotel did what it said on the tin. Perfectly adequate for the price which includes breakfast.

Really nice hotel, less than 5 minutes walk from harbor (you can see it as soon as you leave ship) and it's in the city centre. Rooms were comfortable and staff was super friendly. Restaurant offered quality food and there is free parking.

Location is excellent for the price, the rooms are satisfactory and the breakfast was good. Could do with better pillows though.

Despite the promises during the online reservation, room did not include the view to the city (room had only view to the corridor/lobby). Room was neat, pleasant and fairly big. Breakfast is not free, however extra fee is worth of it.

Good location for old town. Room was quite nice but no kettle and no sockets next to the bed. Bathroom was clean and good water pressure in the shower. Overall a decent 3 star hotel and would stay here again, but nothing special.
