Beaches were beautiful. Only issue was the amount of seaweed in the water and on the shore. Unavoidable though. Month of May the winds apparently bring in more of the seaweed and washes it up. Resort staff were amazing at clearing the water and the shore daily. The staff were amazing and were so attentive. Coffee cups were always filled every morning and they remembered you and would have your table reserved and ready even at the buffet. Drinks weren’t watered down like other resorts. Rum and coke was really rum and a splash of coke. Food was good with a lot of variety and had international nights and served the different foods from that specific country.

Had to wait 2 hours to get my room. Ended up with a JR Suite. Bed sqeeks just by sitting on it. Best time to shower with hot water is 3am :-( because there is NO hot water during day. WI-FI is not good at all. Beach is clean. Pool is excellent. Entertainment is awesome. Food is extraordinary good. Different verities. Excellent service by Joanna at check in dispite the 2 hr wait.

Rooms might look a bit old but everything is clean! I'd also watch out for the food at the buffet! The 24h bar is great and the beach is nice! We enjoyed our stay very much.

2 stars for the beautiful beach and pools. But, the room was dirty and infested with roaches. When we called guest services, NOTHING was done. We called multiple times and no one cared. The food was terrible, with exception to the bread. It's what we lived off of for 5 days. We sent a drink back because there was a fly in it. No big deal, until the bartender fished the fly out and sent back over the same drink. We watched this happen. So, we laughed and just left the drink on the table for them to serve to the next person.
If the "owner" comes on here and fakes some bs apology, I will rewrite this review with ALL of the horrible things witnessed at this resort. If they really cared, they would have addressed the issues WHILE WE WERE THERE ASKING FOR THEM TO BE ADDRESSED.
Never again. And I will beg and plead with anyone reading this to just pay a little more and stay somewhere else.response / report this review -

Great family resort. Good foodboth the buffet and a la carte. Couldn't decide which was the best. Security around the clock. Wi-Fi in the lobby. Great shows and had live entertainment in the lobby as well. All in alla great place to be

Really bad food. The buffet was terrible. This is a budget all inclusive place for Canadians that are too nice to complain and Russians that don't know what good food is.

The rooms outdated. The grounds stunning. The beach amazing. The food plentiful and good. The staff cannot do enough for you. Very kind people. Remember you are a guest in their country. They work very hard for very little money so show some kindness. I'm appalled at some of the unnecessary rudeness. Enjoy the sun, sand. You can't get much better than Punta Cana for that.

Beautiful landscape and perfect beach. Paired with poorly maintained rooms and not so perfect food options. All in all, great experience if you can get over the exact same breakfast and weird, sometimes tasteless meal options every day. Also, there are quite limited activities offered for children, which can be clearly felt when staying with kids. Nonetheless, the shade of palm trees in the Caribbean sun, the nice pools and the beach makes it a great vacation. Did I mention the unlimited rum or tequila (or whatever) based drinks?

I have been here twice and have loved the experience! Wonderful and fun staff. You can go to the swim up bar to party and socialize or you can relax alone in quiet areas. The property is large and well maintained. Beautiful beach. Great place for couples, families and groups of friends. The rooms are nice except for flooding in the bathroom everytime we shower.

The staff was excellent. The food was great! The beach and pool was clean and good. Unfortunately, the rooms were old. We went as a group of 8 with four rooms. All of our rooms had problems. All the drains were clogged in all the rooms. They sent someone with a plunger. SMH! One room, the shower floor had a hole in it, when she went to shower, her foot went through the base of the shower. Her toilet didn't fully flush. Mold in her room. 2nd room, their room was very hot. They also had mold and plumbing issues. 3rd room, more plumbing problems, door didn't lock, mold. My room, no lock on sliding door. Bathrooms were moldy, sink moldy, fixtures moldy, shower curtain moldy, mirror moldy, bed and pillows hard. We complained. Oh, and they sent this "technician" to fix the sliding door lock. He came with a phillips, screwdriver, and a needle nose plier. He had a hard time fixing it and it still didn't lock. One staff member tried his best to help us. They were able to change rooms the following day. but we still had to wait for 2 more. They showed us a honeymoon suite that was under repairs. I'm not even going to comment on that one. Just bad They had another room prepared but let the others take that one. So we had to wait for the 3rd day for a room. They gave us a beautiful room, honeymoon suite, first floor ocean and pool view. Guess what? MOLD!! Mold on pillows, bed cover, walls, jetted tub, plus our front door and sliding door locks were broken. I was able to pull the whole cylinder out of the face plate! Poor circulation in bathroom, mold on walls. You can even see where they painted over the mold. The vent was just blowing spores and I couldn't sleep because I couldn't breathe. By then we just gave up on complaining. Figured we'll never return there nor vacay on their brand. We lived in a suitcase for 8 DAYS!! AND I told them from DAY 1 I'M ALLERGIC TO MOLD!! I got sick with respiratory issues. We informed them. They said they'll take care of it. Guess what? We were on our last day (of 8) and they still didn't take care of the locks!! We had to carry our valuable items with us everywhere we went. I guess they don't care since we're leaving and left it as is for the next victims I mean couple. And everywhere you go you are being hit with sell sell sell. I didn't go on vacation to be bothered by sales for everything. I get that at home. I came to relax that's why it's called vacation. Not sellcation. We didn't stay much in the rooms. We also did 1 excursion, Seaquarium. But they try to sell you on everything. We went out with the local to see outside the resort. Had a good time. Like I said, food was excellent and staff that served at bars and restaurants were great. But the rooms, old and jacked. Never again. Buyers beware.

I am there right now with my family, the staff is so nice and friendly, beach is not good to swim, no variety of food, no internet even in reception , room is full of bugs.
The reception staff is horrible they ask for tips in prior but they don't do anything.response / report this review -

This resort does not deserve 4 stars at all. The doors were broken, the ac didn't work, there was water leaking in the bathroom, the sheets had a little blood stain on it, there was no wifi in the resort (just in the lobby, and even that wifi sucked), when you made a request to one of the servers it would take forever for them to help you or bring you drinks, there was used cups in the pool, the beach was filthy, the phoneline was broken, and the wildlife was so much there that one of the drivers ran over one of them, the tv didn't work, and the food made me sick. If I could, I wouldn't even give them one star.

Awful place. I'm hoping my review will save someone time and money from going to this place. For starters, no wifi, anywhere. Things wrong with the room: AC was broken, light bulbs missing, ceiling was leaking, shower flooded, doors were broken, closet door was missing but hinges were still attatched, bed was broken and had dead bugs and stains, fan was broken, mini fridge was broken and repairman said he'd come but never did. Tv was broken, didn't turn on. Found trash from the people before us underneath our bed and in our closet. Windows didn't fully close because they were broken. Paint was chipping and the walls were dirty. Really bad lighting. Room had awful smell. Water smelled weird too. Food service was terrible, waiters and waitresses forgot a lot of the time which table they were serving to and would never get back to us. Not worth it. Dirt and sand everywhere before we got in. Food gave my family of 20 food poisoning, all of us. And food was never seasoned or hot. Service was bad. Pools were dirty. Beach was dirty. Also, this resort allows smoking, and it smelled like cigarette smoke everywhere. Awful. Just an overall terrible resort. Definitely not 4 stars and I hope someone else learns from this mistake and decides to stay at a good resort worth their time and money. So much more I could write about how bad this place was. Never going back again.

This is definitely not a 4-star resort. It's ok, bathrooms are dated and patchwork is obvious. Food is decent, but very repetitive - when you don't have many a la carte options and only one buffet, you should do a better job of creating variety for each meal.
Staff are a coin toss. We had some really friendly and service oriented staff. Generally, you didn't get great service unless you were known as a tipper.
Rooms need work. Furniture is dated, beds are cement, bedding is aged, we had a family suite with only 1 tv, balcony furniture looked like it came from the dollar store. Very loud because of all the tile (a necessity in a tropical climate), but every time anyone closed there door, it sounded like they were in your room.
Generally speaking, this place is ok if you can get it for a deal, but I wouldn't be going back to this place again.response / report this review -

Me and my family really enjoyed it. The staff was awesome. Afforable. Everything included all you can eat and drink. They also organize different event everyday. Every good for a 4 start resort.

Great resort, fantastic vacation ! Food was good, the restaurants were great , escpecially the Dominican one. The resort is well maintained and the staff and everybody who works there, Dominican people in general , are really nice and always in for a laugh. Great service. It takes all-inclusive to another level. The creperie was fantastic, we spend a lot of time there feasting on carrot cakes and other petit fours. Me and my wife had a great time there and it is highly recommended. And they have great professional shows in the evening. Lastly, you have to do a spa treatment, my wife loved it so much she had to go a second time. Thanks for the great time !

Had an amazing week here!! Food and social activities are exceptional. I will definitely be visiting this resort again! My only real issue was that the rooms were not cleaned at a normal time of day sometimes it was 1 pm sometimes it was 4 and had to wait longer for bath towels sometimes. Everything else was top notch met some great staff and other travellers. So many great memories!!!
