Great family resort. Kids (aged 8 and 5) loved every minute.

-Service is top notch. People are beyond friendly, and are looking to keep you happy throughout your stay. Also exceptional with kids.
-Large food selection provides something for everyone. Quality is better at some restaurants than others, but in general excellent
- Rooms are clean and large enough. The big showers are a nice bonus
- Recommend the Preferred Club. It's worth it, specifically for the drink and food service by the preferred pool. Juan and Juan Carlos will keep you happy and full!

Fabulous resort. The staff are phenomenal. They make sure to advise you that it's a pleasure to help you. For us it was a pleasure to meet them. Truly amazing. Awesome experience. Would go back to this paradise again and again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here.
The only thing we didn't like is when we first arrived we were hounded by this guy who wanted us to upgrade and buy time share. He even called our room at 7 am twice. We kept saying no but he was very persistent. Then our last two days we were hounded by the locals they brought in to sell stuff (like a market) it was awful. The wouldn't take no for an answer even grabbed my arm and said come cheap cheap. I was not impressed.

Our room was always clean and the food was okay. The beach was always kept really clean and the pools too.

My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. We would recommend this resort to our family and friends. We plan to return to Punta Cana, we had a wonderful time. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The grounds were well kept and beutiful.

It was the perfect size. All the staff were awesome especially the bar guys. Each and everyone made our stay so enjoyable I would definitely come back. The amazing friends we met just enhanced our experience. Would definitely recommend. Can't wait for our next holiday.

My main complaint is that there were vendors and people trying to sell you something everywhere. I was approached several times sitting by the pool and beach by people trying to sell me excursions and spa visits. I will say the staff was very friendly. I visited this resort in February, and in retrospect that is not the right time to be going here. The ocean was very chilly and the pool was also pretty cold. It was very windy, sitting on the beach was almost impossible with all the sand being blown everywhere. All in all I don't think I can recommend this resort

Was part of a family vacation, absolutely beautiful place! The staff were great, always offering a hello! The food and drink was amazing, beyond expectations and the buffet was just superb. Very few and very minor drawbacks, spotty WiFi and the pool and beach are off limits after 7PM.

3 years in a row!!! Excellent time! Lots of fun and great food. Evey one in our group of 12 had the best time. It was so nice to see Dorka waiting for us at the front bar with a flower in her hair and the biggest brightest smile. She is the main reason we keep on coming back. And we will be back next year.

My husband and I travelled with our 7 year old over the holidays. We had a great time. Resort is beautiful, staff is incredible..very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little dated. We didn't particularly enjoy the food. And the beach, while beautiful, was covered in sea weed.

Really nice Resort. Extremely friendly staff, excellent service. Clean. Good food. The only negative side was all of the locals walking on the beach trying to sell you things, services etc. Even on the resort, they all want to sell you more stuff, excursion, activities off the resort. They are very pushy. Other then that, it was excellent.

This was our first vacation and wasn't a disappointment. We stayed at dreams palm beach for my nieces wedding .the rooms are nice, the staff is amazing ,and the food was delicious,not to mention a choice of food for all cultures. We would recommend this resort highly . We will book another vacation for the whole family next time

Fantastic resort with super-friendly and helpful staff. Miles of beautiful beach to traverse, a great pool with a bar and the complex is extremely clean and well maintained. The only (slight) negatives are the slow wifi and poor selection of TV channels.

It was awesome the people are extremely polite and very generous and giving. There was never a time that I sat or in some instances were walking and the staff would greet you to see if they could be of help. I went with a group of 57 people and I felt at home. Can't wait to visit again

Gorgeous resort. Awesome entertainment. Great food. Courteous, professional and friendly staff. Dated, dusty rooms, with a strange, oldish and moldy odor. Staff expressed that the area had recently experienced flooding so that may have caused it. Room keys didn't always work. At least four couples from our group encountered this. It turned out that the batteries in their door readers needed to be replaced so they had to wait outside for 15 - 20 minutes until a staff member came to resolve the issue. Some of our group members complained about dirty bathrooms / showers. One had a clogged drain. Lots of mosquitoes. Bring plenty of repellent. All in all, Dreams Palm Beach would be an awesome resort if they updated the rooms and thoroughly cleaned them. Doing so would at least justify the rates they charge, guarantee them repeat guests and better online ratings.

Many activities to keep you busy. Family friendly. Room temps don't feel like central air, hot!! Food choices from room service, par. Many included restaurants to choice from, 4. Customer service very friendly. Someone's always trying to sale you something😐. Grounds are clean and beautiful. Would return.

The shower is gigantic. doubleyou can fit the entire family there. Very comfortable beds. The Beach is beautiful, warm water but not extremely hotthe sand super soft and white. Definitely I would come back.

Rooms sucked. Pools closed at 7 which I think is typical. I got drunk on booze cruise and came back a little rowdy and got kicked out. If you advertise these excursion knowing there is a lot of drinking then they should be more lenient to drunk Americans🖕. Food was good. Out in the boonies. Rent a car because taxis don't use meters and they rip u off. Uber where are you? Hurt my foot the first day on rocks in the ocean. No signs to tell you about the rocks close to shore. Eight days later my foot still hurts.

The shower is gigantic. doubleyou can fit the entire family there. Very comfortable beds. The Beach is beautiful, warm water but not extremely hotthe sand super soft and white. Definitely I would come back.

Awesome experience! Resort was not only luxurious, but spotless! Food was excellent and the staff were all wonderful. Definitely would book this resort again. Would highly recommend upgrading to preferred club, but even without the upgrade, this resort would still be good value for your money.

I can only try to put in words how amazing our trip was to this beautiful resort. The people who worked at the resort were amazing and so happy. I was worried it would be crowded all the time but with the multiple pools and beach there is plenty of room for people to spread out. Amazing resort.

Spent 5 days 4 nights in the end of February. The weather was perfect and the resort was very nice. The grounds were well kept and staff was very friendly. We scheduled a romantic dinner and a couple's message which both had scheduling issues and not worth the money. The room itself wasn't in good shape, loose handrail in the shower, water stains on the ceiling and really needed a paint job. They offer a bunch of coupons in exchange for talking a tour and discussing a membership. I opted not to take it but I saved about$200, so it was worth the 2 hrs. The food was really good,from 4 restaurants and a buffet there's a good selection. The bars were well stocked and the bar tenders were ready and willing to serve. All in all it was a nice place and I would recommend it to others.

We were not even supposed to be at this resort but due to readiness delays (other resort was not completed on schedule) at our booked resort Cheap Caribbean offered that we could stay here instead. Given that this was a last minute change, only 2 days before our trip I was very impressed how accommodating the resort was to our needs; due to mobility concerns we required a first floor room.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. The food here was very good, keep up the good work Carlos, we enjoyed the seaside grill Jose and Tito really made us feel welcome. The best part of this resort is the service, could not have asked for a better experience.
