Really nice place. The room's view is amazing, just 10 meters to the beach.

If you travel to the actual most spotted leisure place for mass tourism, to Punta Cana, for the first time, you will find out, that you get trapped in a all inclusive resort anywhere around of 50 km of Punta Cana and you get lost between beautiful beach, palms and never ending animation shows. Sometimes this could be funny but after 3 or 5 days you will given up or you look for other place with less entertainment and more small and quiet rooms than the Eleven Palms could one of your choice. The hotel is been located really far of all, but directly within the local community of Dominican and Russian business mix. The have regular rooms for long-term guest and smaller charming tiny-houses for lovers. With free and well speeding WiFi, indeed. The breafast is like we-offer-you-less-as-possible, for your healthiness and our-low-interests, but it's ok for this a little bit too high price. But anyway you can choose for some local bars and restaurants nearby, which is much more interesting than the every-day-the-same-food of an all-inclusive-resprt. Enjoy you funny stay.

Posto pessimo Dopo aver prenotato e aver pagato più di 4 mila pesos (prezzo booking +tasse) ci siamo ritrovati in una camera che chiamarla così sarebbe un insulto Bagno sporco ed in pessime condizioni, lenzuola sporche e finestra Arrugginita inoltre aria condizionata non regolabile ad una velocità meno rumorosa Dopo aver presentato lamentela Ci hanno proposto un cambio camera in condizioni perlomeno accettabili.
Pessima anche la colazionesu menù inseriscono una cosa è poi arriva con altri ingredienti Staff incompetente sia al ricevimento che per il servizio colazione.. Unico plauso va ad un ragazzo che si occupa di fare il turno di notte e che svolge anche altre mansioni il quale si è dimostrato competente e pronto a risolvere il problema della Camera ecc a differenza di tutti gli altriresponse / report this review -

Eigentlich schönes Ambiente. Müsste aber dringend renoviert werden. Direkter Zugang zum Strand. Frühstück sehr wenig und Besteck war nicht sauber.

Nice people in average hotel. Everyone is really nice here. Hotel is divided in two different buildings and one of those is on the beach and the other one is a few meters across the street about 30 meters from the ocean. I can recommend it if you are tight on budget and you don't mind about not so fancy rooms. My friend organised a birthday cake and the stuff sing to me happy birthday song on my December Caribbean birthday :)
