I know that this is a budget hotel and I shouldn't expect much for the money. But be aware, that when you stay here you are in for a few surprises: WIFI access in the rooms is pay-only, the rooms are in a bad shape overall. We had a few spots in the room where the carpet came off and the shower didn't close properly which unleashed a flood everytime someone used it. Besides this the room was very poorly isolated against sound. We could "enjoy" the music of our neighbors the whole night. My biggest point of criticism however was the fact that the room hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival. The bed was made and the trash bin empty, but that's about it. Everything else looked really dirty. We only bridged half a night here in order to catch a flight.
Please think thoroughly if you really want to use this establishment for your stay be smart about it that level of luxury you can easily find in a hostel and probably get away a lot cheaper.response / report this review -

Stayed in a four beds dormroom. Kind of noisy (floors, doors, windows, beds etc.) but absolutely cheap so still value for money. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Perfect location.

Brilliant location minutes from central station and various bars and eateries round about. Bar on site with reasonable prices but didnt and probably wouldnt eat here. Rooms really basic but for the price cant complain and the bed was comfortable enough.

One star is too much! The lady of the reception couldn't "guarantee me a room without cockroaches". The filthiest place ever visited in a life of hotels.. and this in Munich.. no way!! I had to spend the night somewhere else and got no refund. The first room they gave me was covered with mould and had a deep smell of it. The second was extremely loud and with roaches in the bathroom and right outside the room (see picture). This place should be closed for good. Avoid it at any cost!!

This hotel / hostel is a gem. Greatly located and has a nice cafe inside with happy hour between 5pm and 8pm. Servive is great, don't forget to tip your bartender.
The only downside would be the wifi which didn't work that great at the time of my stayresponse / report this review -

Good place to stay for one night. Close to the train station and the old town. Very dirty and old rooms. The staff is awesome.

Really disappointed with this place.
I just come back from traveling Thailand and stayed in Dorms not as crappy as this Standard Double room.
Definitely not worth paying 138€ for.
Good location though (that's why the second star.)

Great location across from the train station. Staff were friendly and efficient. Elevator was broken the day I arrived and so I had to carry my luggage 4 flights which wasn't great. Also the men's bathroom was out of order so one floor was using one bathroom and there was only one shower on the floor. Despite this I still enjoyed my stay. The room was small, but cozy and bed was decent.
