Nice hotel, good breakfast and friendly staff. Close to Hauptbahnhof (central train station). Only negative point is the hotel area at night (groups of younger people hanging around, sometimes drunk, people begging for money). Doesn't give a secure feeling though it has to be said that they do not bother others.

Hotel sucks big time. Service is bad, hotel receptionist does not even care to welcome you and makes faces (wonder why). The area/surrounding street is unsafe. You can have sleepless night feeling unsafe especially if you are staying alone. They literally gives you a key and ask you lock the door from inside for safety reasons. The interior too is quite old. Overall way below average.

I was early i understand that if i want an earky check in i have to pay
But in others hotel i pay €10 and i got the room earlier, but here i pay 20 and i get the wirst room ever. Was so hot and dont have aur conditioner, the bathroom was outside the room the room was ugly old was the worst room in sll my trip of europe and i was i 10 hotels.

This was the fourth time I had stayed at the Conrad. Each time, it has been a very pleasant stay with nice, comfortable, clean rooms, with good breakfast and superbly helpful and friendly staff.
This visit was no exception. I was there with our son, my brother-in-law and his three sons. We were all made to feel welcome and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The location is perfect just a 10 minute walk to the main Platz, the breakfast service was amazing, the rooms were a little cramped, by cramped I mean you can hear the person next to you snore right in your ear.

The hotel has a perfect location close to the main station and city center. Nevertheless if I visit again munich I'd look for others hotels. The breakfast is very simple, nothing special. I stayed there three days and the personal staff was unfriendly and very incompetent to offer the breakfast. Rooms are not very clean and the Street is very loud to late at night.
