Great staff, hotel is close to the center - walking distance, good breakfast included.

Overpriced, overestimated. Nice 3*, but not 4*. The rooms are small, no room service at all, only breakfast, which itself is quite poor. The pillows are not comfortable enough, and it seems like the pillowcase does not fit the pillow. Bathroom amenities are also subject for improvement.

The room was nice and clean. I had a small but comfy bed. The Wi-Fikept crashing tho. And the hotel has no restaurant.

Very pleasant staff, willing to help you with anything you need. The breakfast has a large selection of foods, so you will definitely find something you like. The rooms are extremely clean and the hotel provides you with all things necessary in the bathroom. The few downsides for me are the flooring, which is rock and therefore might be too cold for some, and there is no water heater or microwave available anywhere, which means you either have to eat out, order take-out or eat cold things. For a hotel that doesn't have an on-site restaurant which would provide lunch and dinner as well, I find it wouldn't be bad to have the aforementioned appliances available, just in case.

Quite hotel. Comfortable, air con could do with being stronger. Good breakfast. Good location with #15 tram just next door though walking into town is easy.

The place is near to town center, personell always present at the front desk, the room was good enaugh but they forgotten to clean the floors. Dog frendly.
