Ok hotel, convenient location for public transport, mediocre service. Parking at the street - you have to find a spot, which is quite difficult. Underground parking costs 15 euro per day. Subway is 2 minutes away and you reach the center in 15 minutes. We had not very welcoming start - front desk person really didn't want to help us with parking options explanation, though we were the only clients. He had "I don't care" attitude. The end was also not cool. We were charged with breakfasts we didn't book or eat, which cost 30% to the total price. Refunded without questions when I pointed it out, but still not good impression.
So, inexpensive, but don't expect much, especially for service. Ok to just spend a nicht, especially if you don't need to park.

Breakfast is spectacular. Whoever thought of chicken wings for breakfast is a genius. Beds are comfortable and services provided here are great.

Overly simple menu that didnt really give much choice. Clearly caters to meetings at lunchtime rather than the occasional lunch guest

Very good business hotel with friendly and agile staff. Location close to to subway line which takes you directly to downtown Munich in about 15 minutes. Good price-performance rate.
