Great hotel . Tram stops right outside of the hotel. Easy access to all the sights. Single room is a bit small. Buffet breakfast also a plus. Staff are very helpful.

It was pretty good for its price! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a big variety of different options. It was fairly easy to travel around via public transportation since the stations were so close. Also there was a giant shopping centre nearby!

Not the nicest place to stay but only a 10min taxi ride from Oktoberfest. Decent for the price and the events happening I guess but definitely one of our least favorite places we have stayed recently in Germany.

I stayed for two nights during the middle of June in 2017. I came here as a part of a tour group. The price was very affordable.

The rooms are on the smaller side, however most, if not all, are equipped with numerous electrical outlets and are sufficiently lit. The TV has only the basic cable channels (meaning one English Channel, CNN Europe).

The state of the bathroom is entirely a roll of the dice. Some people had great bathrooms in my group, others needed to change their rooms. Mine was alright, the toilet and sink were very close together, but I chose not to use the shower as the tile floor was a bit too slippery for me to be able to use.

I do not recommend this hotel for business travellers, as this hotel lacks WiFi in the rooms, and the WiFi in the lobby is mediocre at best.

The staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast was good, if simple.

Overall, a good value for the money. Just don't expect five-star accommodations.

Small rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. When they advertise free parking it really means Street parking, you need to drive around the hotel to find parking they don't have their own parking lot, next to hotel they have room for about six cars, that's about it. But rooms were clean. Small twin size beds.

The rooms are efficient and the mattresses were amazing. It was noisy due to Italian tourists but that wasn't the hotels fault.

This hotel's employees hung up on me multiple times when I was trying to locate the whereabouts of a missing family member. They were much more concerned about the fact that they wanted to turn the room at noon on the dot than helping us locate a potentially missing person. When I called for the second time to try to find out if he had come back in the half hour since I had first called, the hotel employees sarcastically commented that I should stop calling the hotel if I was so concerned and call the police instead when in fact, I was calling to check to see if the hotel employee who had offered to call the local police on our behalf had heard anything from the police. They then informed me that they had moved all of his belongings out of the room, although again the first time I had called, they had promised not to touch his belongings until 1pm (an hour after checkout), in case the authorities wanted to search his room for any evidence or information. Do not stay here - you are not a guest or even a human being to these people. You are just a business transaction and there are plenty of other hotels who would gladly take your business and treat you with respect and do their jobs in accordance with at least the bare minimum standards of the hospitality industry.
