Location is very convenient if you’re getting in and out of town from the train station. A short walk to the old town area. The room I stayed on the 7th floor is a duplex that gets a lot of sunshine through the ceiling window. All in all, a fantastic stay!

The staff is very warm and welcoming. The rooms are large, updated and are kept quite clean. The bathrooms are updated and a good size too. There is a mini bar in the room which is very lightly stocked but complimentary which is a nice touch. The lighting and it's controls in the room could be better.

Location - located only a few minutes away from the main central station. The hotel is located centrally but not the most swanky area of Munich.

I was greeted and welcomed by brilliant service. Rooms are large and clean. Business internet is super fast. Breakfast is tasty and has big variety of food. The location of the hotel is very good, just 2 minutes walk from central station and 15 minutes walk from Marienplatz. Overall very satisfied.

Well located, though the rooms on the front are quite noisy. Reasonable desk to work at and better lighting than most. Free (limited) minibar is a nice touch. Staff are always great and the restaurant does good food.

Stayed one night on a business trip. Hotel was excellent, room was on the top floor with a loft and spiral staircase. The staff were excellent and made a great restaurant recommendation. Would certainly stay again.

Accomodation wise it's ok. Toiletries are a bit of a let down. Only real benefit is that it's under 5 minute walk to main train station. Probably wouldn't stay here again. Found the restaurant be be slightly over priced and not he quality wasn't to Mercure standard. Also the elevator wasn't working for most of the time and some customers had to take their own heavy luggage up the stairs. Not very good customer service.

A nice hotel, fairly easy to get to from the main train station. Elevator and hallways are narrow so getting to the top floors may take a few minutes, but really my only complaint is how terrible the wifi is. Aside from this, its a nice clean hotel!

The room was pretty nice. Everything was clean no issues there. The bed was typical hotel. I wouldn't bother eating in the restaurant, it's basically caters only to tourists and doesn't have much selection. Food was mediocre. One thing that was really annoying was that the front desk made it a point to tell us that the mini bar was free, which was nice, however for some reason our room was stocked differently (much less) than the couple that we were staying with who was next door. Not a deal breaker but very annoying. Otherwise the location was great, very close to the train station, easy walking to old Town. I would stay here again.

Under construction but staff was super accommodating. The only elevator broke before our arrival and they carried our bags up 6 flights! Perfect location. We stayed in a not rehabbed room and loved it. My parents stayed in a rehabbed one. Huge, fun and a great shower.

    Good hotel and reception staff.
    Location close to downtown.
The street is not the finest in Munich.
The staff at breakfast should be much more effective and give a much more better service.
Breakfast quality and variety is not the same as few years ago.
    Rooms are clean and comfortable.
