Excellent location if you are doing a road trip It has easy accessibility to the main station and to the Munich city station Extremelly clean and efficient Breakfast a bit expensive @ $24 euros

Great location within walking distance of everything, however very noisy from the streets below! The standard rooms are very pokey including the bathroom but manageable. Shower was less than great as the hot/cold mixer did not work well.you either have a cold shower or boiling hot shower!

Very bad service and unattractive rooms. The hotel looks sloppy and the front desk actually ignores what you have booked.
I got a double bed smoking room even though I specifically booked a non smoking king size bed. Since I don't smoke, I got back to the reception there I was told "This is what we have since I arrived at 0800 PM". Needless to say that the room was secured with my credit card and I have informed them on the reservation that I will arrive late.
Would have given them a single star, but the breakfast was super fine and I have to give them credit for that.

Nice location, close to everything but the room is so small. One day I stayed here, there was no water. Couldn't shower or even flush the toilet for a while.
The worst thing is that you couldn't flush the toilet after you poop because the water system is broken and when you asked the staff, they said they don't know when the water is back on. There was no warning or apology from the staff about the water problem.response / report this review -

Nice, quiet room with a great view. The service was friendly and quick. The location is amazing, as it's right next to the central train station.
